I've been shopping at Marshalls for over 5 years now, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with this place. The wide selection, affordable prices, and unique finds make shopping here a pleasant experience. Of course, the store can sometimes be a bit messy, but that's understandable given the huge number of visitors. However, if you choose your time wisely, you can avoid the hustle and bustle and enjoy shopping without any extra hassle.

This specific store is always crowded during the Holidays but it also offers a huge array of items at lower cost. I have been to this store multiple times throughout the years and I had no complaints with any employee or cashier. They are very patient even if you are holding up the line + they are very courteous as once I picked up a dirty bundle of socks they told me to change it with a new one.

New merch dropped for Christmas and I couldn't be anymore satisfied! Got my husband and I this really ugly yet funny sweater (daddy /mommy shark) and our baby girl her first Christmas set! 😊💕 Very helpful staff as well.

You can find great treasures here, the perfect gift but you need patience and coming at the right time.

A loved one works here (shout out to the Glam Squad!) so i know how hard these folks work to keep the store running morning to night, holidays etc. —- it’s so annoying when customers think they can just mess up a pile and are so entitled to leave their mess for others to clean.

If you never worked in retail, it’s a hard job! Glad to have this store in our neighborhood.

At Marshall’s you can find what you need at a low price and everything is good quality.

This store has great inventory and makes a strong effort to keep their lines moving but I honestly came to give it five starts because of the customer service of one employee in particular. Her name is XIAO Z!!!!! I’m not sure why, but I get her as my cashier every time I shop at this location and every time she is so polite and so kind. She even gave me good suggestions as to when to come shop to find the items I was looking for. I now must say I shop here because of her. Just wonderful experience

I bought things for my son, he did not like the shorts, had to issue a refund, I was lucky I immediately issued a refund, minus a point for having to stand in line.

Lots of gifts under $25 for the family. Store is really stocked up be prepared to spend some time on the line’s though. Prices are great lots to choose from.
