My kids live in other states I mail packages all the time. I love that I give my phone number and the rest is on file. My packages are delivered promptly. The staff at my store are friendly and act glad to have my business.

Nicki and the crew here were so helpful to us! We were working on the road and our company screwed up our delivery and we ended up spending the night in Tuscaloosa. The next morning as soon as we arrived to pick up, they were already trying to track down our package. It took some time but they located our parts and we were on our way. Nikki and her staff at the UPS Store have been nothing but kind and supportive of our rescue. They regularly print our large batch newsletters and our annual calendars with an incredibly quick turnaround time. We're always very pleased with how the products turn out too, so there is never any worry that we're sacrificing quality for speed. Thank you, Nikki!

I had a great experience here. They were friendly and professional. Helped me pick out and print photos for a party at work celebrating our founder. I promised one of the guys cake and I forgot so one of these days I need to pop over there with some cake. XD

I like being able to have my Amazon packages held for pick up so I don't have to worry about them being stolen while I'm at work. The 69 South staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Been going to this particular UPS Store for years and it is way out of my way. But the employees there have always been so helpful and nice and that is why I keep going there.

Never had a problem here. Nice and friendly service. They close at 3 on Saturday , so I can't understand why so many think it's 5 when the website has always said 3... SMH
