This is a very lovely local neighborhood wine shop. It is beautifully designed, light and airy with beautiful floral accents and lovely pops of color. The wine offerings are extensive, are clearly labeled and from all over the world. If you are not sure what you are looking for, the owner and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They offer wine flights and tastings as well a blind tastings for those who are interested or studying for their Sommelier exams. Caviar and charcuterie boards are also for sale to accompany your wine flights. We had a lovely experience tasting some Canalicchio di Sopra Brunellos and meeting the staff and the wine representative for these wines.

Incredible new wine shop / wine bar hybrid. Extensive 20+ options by the glass with so many bottle options to pull straight from the wall. You can either stay and drink at one of two bar setups or take your bottles home with you. They spared no expense with beautiful finishes and high-end glassware. There’s a wine for everyone, regardless of your preference for well-known classics or new kids on the block. I enjoyed a 2006 Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape and a 2018 Langhe riesling from Borgogno.

And the people running this spot are long-time industry veterans who are just so pleasant to be with. None of that stuffy somm snootery 😜 just a lot of knowledge to help you along your wine journey and bring you pleasure in a glass (or bottle).

I’ll be making the trek from downtown Austin to go drink in Westlake on the regular, thanks to this spot.

This wine bar is very hip. it's got excellent staff, good wine, & great olives so far. dozens of varieties of wine. I met one of its owners, & she is very kind. a few pics now and more later.

Love this wine shop! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable — they helped me select a few birthday wines, and I would feel comfortable going there to choose wines for really any occasion (or no occasion at all). Love finding an excuse to stop in.

NV is a great spot! My wife and I visited recently and the staff were super fun, knowledgeable and helpful. The space is beautiful, the wine flight was wonderful and the Lillet Rosé was refreshing. Makes a great spritz too!

Long overdue! SO glad to have NV in the neighborhood . Fantastic wine selection, and even better staff. Not one, but ALL of these folks genuinely know and love wine. Five plus stars

This place is the best!!! I read about Neighborhood Vintner’s opening on IG and am so glad I did!! The curation is extensive and extremely thoughtful. We bought a few bottles of wine and had a couple glasses there - Paul, Lisa, and Matt were super friendly and knowledgeable. We had so much fun chatting and hanging out with them and the other customers there - turned into a real wine night! We’re so happy we found this spot and are excited to come back soon.

Finally what Austin has been missing! This spot has it all whether you're a sommelier or a newb. Warm welcomes, massive selection, and a great atmosphere! Nothing has been left to chance right down to the glassware and the green velvet chairs. Go geek out with Paul, Lisa, and Nathan or just crush a glass with some truffle potato chips.

Amazingly curated wine list. Perfect stemware. Stunningly beautiful. Too spectacular not to rate, though the selfish part of me wants to keep it as a hidden gem.
