CVS

After a 8.5 hr drive to Reno my son and I needed a few things after we checked into our hotel. This place was across the street so I was able to walk. I found everything I needed and was assisted by a nice lady to retrieve some locked up medicine. The store was clean and layed out nicely to find everything. Plus they had our favorite coconut water! Plus for us.

Wow!!! Amazing service! Literally every person who assisted us in the store was amazing! Anna, the cashier went above and beyond and was really personable. She returned my grandma's phone that my grandma left behind as we were walking around the store. She also went and searched for a couple of products that my grandma was looking for. I really appreciated that. I also liked that one of the guys in the pharmacy knew my grandma's name and was nice to her as well as another worker that was organizing.

Brand new attractive store!! Easier access with the store now being at West end of the complex, by B of A.

You can feel the opened of this expansion, one can see across the entire store due to lowered aisle height, the pharmacy is spacious with several windows available to customers.

Everything from cold beverages, food items & cosmetics are well stocked in an appealing style for shopping. T shirts, Sandals and summer gear is ready to go!

The staff is, and has been friendly, knowledge & willing to accommodate customer's request! Thank you all at CVS, your looking at a bright future at Shoppers Square!

I love this place every time I come in here I always have to load my card and I'm always afraid that they're going to get upset with me but each time they don't and they always look at me with a smile even though they have a long line and I know that they're tired but they still smile at me we're almost like family now I love the darker gentleman in the front they also helps out in the pharmacy sometimes and the young girl with the long brown hair I wish I knew their names and the other woman with the dark hair they're all just so nice I love them to pieces

Busy , soon to get busier due to hundreds of condos being built right across the street. Currently remodeling the whole shopping center. It would be nice if they remodel the pharmacy make it more efficient. Workers there are professional and always filling orders as efficiently as they can . Thanks!

The service is awesome and the way we got to the register on time was beyond helpful. Im not going to say satisfaction wasn't simply appreciated but what I'm saying is definitely worth the moments, cash and location.

I don't know what it is about this place but everytime I come here for my medical needs I always feel "safe" and welcome here. The staff is super friendly and know what they are doing ane that literally is all I ask for. That said they always have what I need in stock and that alone is a bonus. I can't speak for the other CVS locations but this one is 5 stars. Now when I think about it, I only go to CVS for all my medical needs no matter where I am. Keep up the great work and thanks again!

I love the produce her, both the prices & quality! Its my stop off on way home fr wk. I also love the quick in & quick out. They are always friendly and fast. Best kept secret in Reno.

Cesar the store supervisor is a very helpful, intelligent, and hardworking man! He deserves a raise for sure!

CVS tends to have items that other pharmacies don't have.

Great Rx/Convenience Store, they have it all. And it's clean and staffed with nice people.

Their service is impeccable, extremely friendly, and efficient. Not to mention courteous.
