Macy's

I have to say that if you are looking for perfume, I met the most awesome woman in that department. Her name is Susan Johnson. She has excellent customer service and a beautiful spirit❤💖

Macy's is a wonderful department store with so many great sales going on all the time. And you also get rewarded when you buy things in the form of Macy's cash. I recently was able to get $10 off some Nike shoes I bought at Macy's due to a recent purchase. Macy's is a bit of American nostalgia as well too. The Macy's at Arden Fair Mall is always very busy on the weekends , especially during the holidays. Just be aware of that. Everything is really crowded at this time of year. Otherwise I highly recommend it. There is also a Macy's in downtown Sacramento that is far less crowded. That one is also just as nice, if not nicer. It is adjacent to the golden one center and has its own parking structure. Which Macy's does validate for.

I mean who doesn't love Macy's. But one thing I need to get control of is the return policy with no receipt it says online you can return it with no receipt and get a shopping cart to buy something else in the store they try to tell me they couldn't do it until I stood there about 40 minutes waiting for the manager that never came and then finally all of a sudden they can do it and how to do it or biggest bullet coin but I'll give him five stars that I love Macy's

Great prices on shoes name brands great prices on active wear such as Nike and Reebok ect..great place to get your Starbucks coffee and shop around for deals they have through the store

Got all the gifts I needed for my mom's birthday 🎉 plus I didn't have to worry about super heavy crowds the Macy's side was quite an empty with plenty of room for me to search around for the best presents. The cashier was very kind an happy to help with gift receipt and all

Mimi Shoman helped me find the perfect gold rope chain for my son this Christmas. I had problems with the finance department because of my phone number. which it’s been the same number with my last finance purchases. Mini Shoman talked to someone and she got my phone number to work for financing some jewelry. Thank you Mimi and I only buy my gold and diamonds from Macy’s. I can’t wait to pay this off and buy something else.

I shop at both Macy's one in Roseville galleria and the other Arden Fair they are both exceptional stores. However the one in Arden Fair I was having a hard time getting sales help probably because the place was packed. We eventually found much-needed boots for my goddaughter. I'm also adding that they could use better ventilation because some people have sensitivity, the perfume scent department was overpowering and drifting into other parts of the store which caused one of our shopping party members to have to vacate to the mall. I do not hold these two occurrences against the Arden Fair Macy's because it very rarely happens.

All I have to say is that they have great Christmas sales going on right now! Specifically, women's fleece jackets and sweat outfits. Bomber-like jackets for 19.99. And more!

Picked up a couple of fragrances, selection is awesome, sales rep are awesome. My favorite store by far

Shoe dept revamped. You now need to stand in line to request the shoes you wanna try on. The staff will bring to you to try on. I'm guessing this is to reduce theft. I figured this out after standing around waiting for a salad staff 🥴🥴😊 the staff was very kind

Newly remodeled Macy's looks a lot better. Great customer service. No complaints

I bought a perfume that I saw on Macy’s on line for a sale price but it was not on sale at the store. The sales person at Macy’s honored my online special when I showed her on my phone the online sale of the perfume.

Alba in jewelry is an outstanding individual. She was very attentive to our needs and was engaged the entire time! She had no problem with showing us everything we wanted being professional And humorous at the same time. Loved the selection of stones especially the champagne 🍾 and chocolate 🍫 diamonds 💎. Will be back soon to buy the earrings my baby loved!

I was in Arden Way Macy’s on Sunday night because I realized there is Father’s Day sale. I purchased a very nice wedding which initially was $400. I was in the fitting room and the front desk paged everyone to leave the store by 8:00. I rushed to the first floor to check out but most of the staff were gone. We met “ Scot” he was wonderful, kind, respectful, and patient with us. He was a cashier at the Women's Shoe desk. In the middle of scanning the suit, we figured out my purchasing item doesn't have a scan tag on it. He gave us external time to find a similar time with a tag. He spent almost 30 min of his time helping us. I appreciate this person and I would like to ask his manager to raise his salary and give him a higher-level position because he deserves to serve in a better position. He told me his a father of two kids. Happy Father's Day to him again.

Alex ( CXC ) went above and beyond she exceeded expectations with a smile was extremely eager to assist I left the store feeling overwhelmed with appreciation thank you Macys for having her as apart of the team I am a frequent shopper and appreciate positive encounters.
