This place has the cutest stuff!! I'm into korean and east asian fashion and it has a lot of cute clothes, makeup, hair accessories, bags, shoes, etc. The owner and associates are super sweet idk what the other reviews on here are complaining about but I'm pretty sure everything is final sale last time I went in there I remember seeing a sign at the register that says no returns or something like that. Either way super cute and affordable clothing! If only I didn't live far away from arden I would come here every weekend

Never seem to carry Size 10 heels. No customer service whatsoever

The location in Roseville’s fitting room is still closed and yet dresses are final sale. More than half of the malls fittings rooms are opened, yet Q Luv would rather lose customers then accommodate a simple dress return due to THEIR fitting room being closed. Associates in store didn’t even seem to care. Will not shop here again. I purchased a similar outfit made with better quality at Macy’s right next door.

won't place to shop there completely rude ! wost manager didn't exchange my dress I bought and I had the receipt! I'd give it a negative 5 but thats not an option. no customer service skills

Worst store ever. Went in & customer service was horrible. No customer service. They will literally just stand there and stay silent. We can’t try on clothes & the clothes are final sale. Majority of their apparel is marked down as a Cancer & Reproductive harm. Definitely not recommending.

The clothes are amazing by you can’t try anything on and all sales are final for the party dresses so you can’t take things home, try them on, and return the ones you don’t like.
