My dad who has passed away in 2012 started taking us to JC Penny because you guys had the best all around men's t-shirts great great cotton great size great price his entire life he always bought his t-shirts from JCPenney's so his four girls and one boy kids we all got used to going to JCPenney's and I still have been unable to find a pair of black boots 10 years ago I'm still unable to find that exact boot I loved it so much JCPenney rocks

Staff did an amazing job welcoming us in, prepping for photos, and interacting with the kiddos. They have a nice photo package deal. Pictures came out really nice. A very memorable moment for my son's first birthday.

The beautiful young lady at JCPenney jewelry at Arden Mall was very helpful . She took care of me as soon as she was available. Found exactly what I was looking for refunded my online purchase then made my in person purchase very efficiently . I look forward to getting bracelet to go with my necklace ( waiting for another online purchase to arrive) appreciate the service.

I love JCPENNIES. ITS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO SHOP! All their shirts Re not crop tops. Which is awesome as some of us are to old to wear & prefer something that covers us up. Shopping their sales is the best.

Love the salon here and Courtney is very customer service oriented and kind! She is serious about silk presses and does an amazing job!

My friend and I went there on Memorial 🇺🇸 Day and found a clean place to shop in air conditioning (it was 105° that day)! They had a lot of sales going on and we spent $200 to save over $400! It was a clean and air conditioned store with shoppers for the most part remaning socially distant, even in the check out lines! They had markers on the floor to keep everyone 6' apart and the lines moved rapidly.

Don't forget to check out those clearance racks. I found the cutest dress for $20, regularly $69 :) taking this new dress on my upcoming cruise!!!

I always go here for my dress shirts. There's always some kind of sale going on. Staff has always been helpful and courteous. It's not always packed. I like the parking in the back with quick access to the store instead of having to walk through the mall to get to it.

Robert in Portraits is the best with children. If you have kids that give you a difficult time getting pictures, Robert is your guy!

I had a big return, a long winter coat which didn't fit. I'd ordered it online. The girl at Penny's store was super nice about it! No hassles. Then I bought a pair of jeans later before I left. She helped me find the discount too. Nice experience.
