I can always find an awesome pair of shoes when I go here and they always send me amazing coupons and I love it I bought a pair of black heels that are very comfortable and I am a tennis shoe person so if I say that heels are comfortable they are comfortable LOL

Went to DSW at Arden today with my wife. The worst experience ever.
Man standing outside the building surveying the people coming in the store. Another man was shoplifting shoes in side the store. Management done nothing….. but looked the other way as the man walked down the escalator.
Will not shop there again.

I purchased a pair of shoes online and return to the store. The Rep was very sweet and patient with my return. I have to find the original order confirmation that was sent to my email but she didn't get irritated. It was pleasant experience.

My wife accidentally left her wallet at this Arden store and by the time she realized her wallet was missing, it was already 9:45 pm, past their closing time. She called the customer service number and someone actually answered! The lady on the phone (her name was Kim) said they did find the wallet and that we can pick it up next morning. We picked it up next day and everything was still in it, including significant amount of cash. Great honest people work here!

I took my 15 year old daughter here for sneakers. It was much larger than I expected and there was a surprisingly large selection to choose from. The store was clean and the staff were helpful.

Good service and friendly staff. Lots of variety. Just watch color codes to make sure you get your discount.

If you can't find one pair of shoes in this gigantic store that you like then something is terribly wrong with you. They have the biggest selection over all. Love this place!
