Kohl's

Started to shop here for my kiddos last month(October). After returning some amazon packages. Great sale started this month for Black Friday, up to 60% off. Bought a lots of winter clothes for kiddos.

Great customer service. The gentleman in the back by the store was very helpful he took his time and patience and helping find us find the correct item. Thank you again and I apologize I forgot your name.

We had a great experience here. Staff were nice and we found everything we wanted. They are definitely military friendly, since they were closed Monday they honored it for today. Thank you.

I stopped to buy a sweater before a funeral. Clerks helped me find what I needed at another store. So kind and very helpful. Thank you

Nice shopping day. Nice bargains. Friendly, helpful staff and store neat and clean. However when I came home I could get the item less expensive than when I purchased in store. I re bought and will return the other item to the store. $60 less, that's a lot.

Pretty slow four days before Christmas! Knocked out a few gifts for the kids with very few people to compete with in the store.

I've visited Kohl's on Arden Wy in Sacramento around 2:30 pm December 12, 2023 because corporate's fraud department said I needed to take my Kohl's card with state ID to an employee of any Kohl's store, while the employee calls fraud department to identify me, in order for them to remove authorization codes from my account that were required before purchases.

I give 5-star rating to the employee named Bertha of Kohl's on Arden Wy.

Bertha took so much time of her shift, providing the customer service to me that I desperately needed for my Kohl's Credit account that was required by the fraud department in order for me to freely use my Kohl's Credit account again.

Bertha stayed on the phone, answering questions about me and my identity while telling the corporate's fraud department if my state ID matches the Kohl's card name and if my face matches the state ID visual while also being put on phone hold multiple times by corporate.

Bertha then did what corporate asked of scanning an small item while I slid my Kohl's card to verify if the authorization code was removed as they stated by phone or if any further actions were needed. In fact, the authorization code was removed for me to freely shop after first slide.

I honestly walked home in tears of joy and told the manager on duty at the time of how thankful and excited I was for Bertha while managers or employees of Natomas Kohl's store had denied me assistance the same day.

I love Kohls!!! It's my favorite store to shop for a variety of things. Great prices and love the coupons.

Everytime I've had an encounter with Irene at store 1347, she always gives a 5 star customer service experience.

I'm giving it five stars because I bought a tortilla press, which I've been looking for, from there. I was going to buy this rinkydink plastic cutter that chops up your vegetables but they wanted $65 and it was made of plastic and really rinky dinky. But I'm still giving five stars just because they had the tortilla press. That's it, thank you.

Got me an industrial work belt and some black pair of jeans for work, both good quality at a reasonable price.

Long line at checkout, but employees were thanking us for being patient. I thought that was very nice.

So, I did not know Sephora was in this store. Boy did I have fun and only spent #13.00 OMG. I bought an eyebrow pencil and because my birthday is coming up soon. I got a free gift . HOT DIGGITY DOG. It's amazing what makes me happy lololololol. And I the young was very helpful. I'll be going back to Sephora.

Irene in Customer service and Dani in the Sephora area were both amazing! Very kind ladies.

When I got to checkout line there were 10 people in line and one checker. About 30 seconds later there were 3 checkers and the line was moving fast. Thank you for being so observant and recognizing the value of our time.
