Absolutely love Penney’s! I was not a fan of this location when I last visited over a year ago, but this year you can see a big difference in staff and store overall. The new manager, I believe named Jordan was fantastic and helped me find all the items I was looking for. I never had any manager go out of their way in a store to ask if they could help me find things until now. He was very patient and courteous even when he was getting called so much to help others and did so with a smile. Will definitely be back and glad to see this store thriving with a new manager and team!

The store is well lighted and their display signs for things on Sale were highly visible and easy to read. Great selection of items made by reputable companies.

So glad to have an actual store to go into. We got lots of great deals, had great service, and were able to try things on before buying. If they didn't have it in stock, you could order it online. What was disappointing was how much was out of stock online.

Was just going in with a return and ended up coming out with new bed sheets and 2 outfits! Associates were quick to help and very informative about the store! Full of energy and smiles. I love shopping here!!!

They had some awesome deals, and my mom applied for the credit card and got approved and saved even more money. Altogether she saved over $97 dollars!! I love Penny's!!

Wow! can't say enough nice things about Julie in jewelry. Even though I didn't know what I wanted she did great guiding me and not in a high sales pitch way but what was truly best for me. I'll definitely go back.

I stop by J.C. Penny's each time I travel through to go to Culver-Stockton College. Their sales are absolutely amazing! Customer Service is awesome!

I went into Penney's to buy one item and came out with four. The associates are so helpful and friendly and the selections are great and prices reasonable. I just wish it was a bigger store.

I love JCPenney!!! It breaks my heart that they have been closing them. I shop the Hannibal, Mo location. It's a smaller store, they have a great selection, nice jewelery dept.
