Ross Dress for Less

Always enjoy EVERY trip to Ross. Being from Canada it is my first stop when I cross into the US. It’s been two years due to the pandemic but still found LOTS of deals. Ross never disappoints!!!!

Nice store! Clean and more organized than some of the others I've been to. Associates are friendly and move people through the line quickly. Late hours are super convenient.

Love Ross! Especially this one. They carry great products and the staff is professional and nice. Always cleaned up isles and never find anything on the shelves that are broken.

The Ross in Wesley Chapel was probably one of the best places that we have visited in a long time. The Isles were wide and uncluttered things were well-organized, and the facilities for babies was a lot better than most Ross. A friendly staff topped it all off.

This was a bad experience from start to finish. To begin with, no one is there to help you. I am redecorating a room and I needed a rug, curtains and curtain rods. They didn't have enough matching curtain panels. After I finally found someone to ask, I was told that it is against store policy to call other stores. I had to drive to Ross stores in two counties and still could not find enough curtains or rods. I found some curtains at Walmart and ordered the rods from Amazon. I could have gotten a rug at Walmart or Amazon, but I already had the one from Ross. What a waste of time. I don't think I'll go back to Ross again.

One of my favorite stores, you can buy an outfit for your puppy for $5 or $10, the have sales all the time. I can get almost anything I need at Ross. Love this store.

Due to Covid they don’t have as much as they used to but they are all ways still very kind and pleasant and I’ve had no problems with refunds there. My experience at this particular Ross has always been very good.

Love their selection and prices are best between Marshall's and tj max. I get myself I trouble here. There's too many great stuff for great deals to walk away from.

Well products layed out and organized by type, style and size. Store, restrooms are clean and inviting and of course the prices are very reasonable.

I love Ross,wherever I go I tried to find a store, I always find things I like, my kids love it too.

Decently organized especially compared to other locations. When the staff sees the line is getting long they open up lanes and don't make you wait long.
