7-Eleven

This is a bit of a smaller 7-11 in that it doesn't have gas pumps. Some mornings I stop here to get a Big Gulp Diet Coke. The store is as clean as any other convenience store I've ever visited. The check out line is always quick.

This 7-11 is one of the best just for the one employee that helped me his name just so happens to be the same as mine Jeremy. A great guy very polite and helpful. Great vibe and all around nice dude 👌 👍🏻 😎 p.s. all the other employee's are okay but Jeremy is the best 💯💯

Store appearance - Products well organized, prices properly displayed, floor were cleaned at the time of visit counter cleaned.

Store Clerk - Professional, Respectful, Knowledgeable, Helpful, and People Friendly rare thing to find now days.

Prices - Prices are within budget.

Parking - Plenty and well maintain.

This is a top notch 7-11. It is always immaculate and the coffee is always fresh and hot!

The franchise owner (or manager, not 100% sure), is often rude and condescending. He refused to accept valid coupons I had, back in August, I just walked out of there and didn't buy anything. I went to the other 7-11 down the road and they took my 2 coupons no questions asked. The employees here are nice, no problems with them at all, it's just management/ownership that is the issue...

Walk in the store no one was present for a duration of time. I could have stolen the entire store before Daniel appeared. Went in to get a money order Daniel said the Money Order machine was down. Get it together 7-11!YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER!!!

What the hell ! It's a 7 eleven that us closed as in not closed up but litrerly locked the doors and went home. As far as I last checked they were 24 hours ! Wow just wow. Bad management here, must be a horrible owner to close a 24 hour store.

Store owner, not the manager is the rude one. Abdel hannah. Scanned my coupon and when I couldn't afford to buy that specific product, I asked for a different type of the same brand, but he refused to use the coupon he'd already scanned. Told me to leave his store rudely and disrespectful. I hope there are some repercussions for treating regular customers so poorly.

Long line around 845am. Manager or team leader was too busy training an employee and arguing with her rather than getting through customers who are in a rush to get to work. He also was not wearing a mask. I had a Marlboro coupon that said valid for $1.50 off any style Marlboro cigarette but he would not accept it because the picture on the front was a different style than I was getting. I asked him to read it instead of just looking at the picture but he refused and refused to try to scan it for my cigarettes. Very rude. I will be making a complaint to corporate.

Today is the 10th of December. I was charged twice by manager for a coffee. When I brought it to his attention he was extremely rude & disrespectful. This is the worst store location I’ve been to. My money wasn’t refunded either. They deserve no stars & the manager should be fired.

The cashier was having problems ringing up my items. The manager comes out and STARTS YELLING AT ME?!!!!!! Rude manager, clueless employees, and in MY OPINION.....RACIST!!! Do yourself a favor, and drive 1 mile down the road to the LAKESIDE location, because obviously these people do not care about their customers. WHY GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SOMEONE LIKE THAT?!!!!!!!
