Apple Third Street Promenade

My experience was quick by the assistant Brandon.
I was having an SMS problem, I couldn't solve it but he was super helpful.
Talking about space, decoration, product display, there is nothing to say, this store is one of the most beautiful Apple Stores, indisputable.

Very pleasant experience. No wait time and very easy. I was helped by a great guy called Aria (sorry if it’s spelt wrong!) I’m new to the area but he helped me find the right product very fast and gave me some great recommendations which went a long way! Thank you!

Avnish was awesome. Came in looking for an Apple Watch and Avnish took us through the different features between devices and opted for the Series 8. Avnish is one of the most knowledgeable and personable people I’ve met in my travels and made the experience great. Loved the aesthetic in the store as well.

Got the latest Apple Iphone 11 for my wife and a 18W charger. The place was so crowded. They took the order asking wether I can stay for an hour? But served me within 15mins. Cant remember the name of the person who supported me. But he was so friendly and helpful.

Home less in the store playing with I-Phone they are loud . But it’s ok to avoid them and do what you need to do.

They were very friendly and nice they had a fotografi classes and I’ve learned couple things now I can edit my photos and instructer was so nice that was so cool

You know they closed store for a little while to try to make it even better than before but it's a blinking awesome already. Amazingly enough it's even better just an awesome Apple Store and a beautiful place. don't go to any other Apple Store Git here

Great service! Don't mind waiting a few minutes. They text you when ready if you check in. So you can go outside and watch the street performers.

So I came in because I have a problem with my iPad. There was a lot of people but they heard my problem(hacked and locked out of my iPad) so they were able to take time out of their busy schedule to help me out in a timely fashion! Also it's a large and aesthetically pleasing Apple Store

The upside of the Promenade is that it is not as crowded as the other Apple stores. They have walls with plants that are very interesting addition. The only downside is the parking. From where it is located, the closest place to park is in one of the garages a block away because the restaurants have valet for most street parking. However, if you go in the evening, the garages are sort of scary because there are no live attendants and they are rather empty. I think parking further away on Wishire and walk more. Overall, good location and very good service.

This Apple Store has a great aesthetic, with greenery all around. The workers here are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a very spacious store, although sometimes it gets crowded.

I was impressed aesthetics and design of this Apple Store. The ceiling was transparent with plenty of natural light, giving it a greenhouse feel. The live wall of plants on both sides of the store and the oasis of trees in the center of the store make one feel outdoors indoors. The employees are all dressed in green shirts befitting the green design. One of them, Jisuk, is a real stand-out. His customer service skills were on point. He was considerate and knowledgeable. He handled my daughter like a true gentleman. And when asked, he was willing to give his informed opinion about an Apple product I want to purchase. I recommend anyone to visit this stunning exhibition of green-forward design.

Juan was so helpful he made the process of buying the new iPhone 15 so easy somebody give him a raise he deserves it

I literally was coming in just to get earbuds, couldn’t find them, was about to leave, and then this guy helped me out and was super nice and helpful. I mentioned how I was from out of town and he suggested awesome places to check out. The thing is I’m so mad that I didn’t ask for his name!! He had an black hoop earring in and had a nice smile. Help me help you!
