I had a great experience shopping there recently. What I really love about this location is that their staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful - which is a RARE find in L.A. Tera in the Women’s department was especially helpful. She quickly found me many fashionable options for a new pair of jeans and was very pleasant. The experience was so amazing that I plan to consult with Tera anytime I need new clothes. She sent me links to what I didn’t buy in store so that I can easily find it online to order through the Nordstrom’s website at my convenience. This is the best store on the promenade!

Everyone I encountered at this store was very kind! I was in store yesterday looking for the Ugg Tazman’s that were sold out. The gentleman in the shoes department had them ordered for me to the store by today and also found a way for me to pay for them using Apple Pay.

The pick up process was also seamless and quick. Trey at pick up along with the black woman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch were both very helpful and went above and beyond.

Fifi is my go-to tailor in LA. She is extremely detail-oriented and has done a terrific job on countless pieces of mine, from basically remaking a coat for me, to my best friends' bridesmaid dress, to altering a casual jacket and a really nice silk skirt set, she has done an incredible job on each and every item. She is also such a nice person to be around, we laugh all the time. She also is very knowledgeable about things that are on-trend. She's helped me identify how things should look to make them more trendy. I'm very grateful for her, and Nordstrom Santa Monica is lucky to have her on the team!

Was just window shopping this trip but they have a great selection. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean.

This store is two floors and is hardly ever crowded

Have a Wedding to attend and am very happy with Candy’s expertise at Bobby Brown.
I don’t wear much makeup, but will wear what she chose for me:.))

In-store or online shopping with Nordstrom is a breeze. I love that they carry a lot of good brands. The staff are helpful, online ordering is fast for in-store pickup.

had heard about Nordstrom’s amazing customer service but it wasn’t until recently that I saw it for myself.  I’m not a big shopper; I don’t usually enjoy the process of shopping for clothes.  But I was recently given a gift card so I figured why not?  I found the perfect shirt and they didn’t have it in my size.  One hour later, thanks to some committed sales staff, I had found my shirt at another location and it was being shipped to my house free of charge.  Epic!

Let me help you… Go and shop with Jennifer D. in the accessories / jewelry department. She’s SO FUN! She gave me such an awesome and fun shopping experience and I’ll be back because of it. I was kinda dreading shopping for a piece of jewelry for my wife, and then BOOM! Jennifer enters my life and makes the whole thing fun and perfect

I can’t say enough about just how cool and fun this sales associate is. Thank you, and basically this is what I expect from Nordstrom, because of their reputation for customer service. But this is that plus a ton of fun and “cool”!

Went in to look for a perfume for my wife unfortunately they didn’t hat it but the stuff were very good on helping me out to get order it on line ..

We had to shop for a suit in a serious time constraint. Stacey was amazing at jumping in at the first sign of urgency and getting us the clothes we needed, while Larissa altered the pants in 15 minutes time! We got what we needed and were able to attend an uplanned event appropriately dressed all thanks to these ladies! Thank you for the excellent service!

My wife and I went to Shop here for some clothes for a funeral. Justin did a fantastic job by making our experience there an easy one. He was very good with matching and stayed with us until the end. Then Larisa the magician came out and altered my clothes in 5 min. And she is friendly. Everything looks great and I’m a happy camper. 👍🏽

The shoe salesman on the other hand never touched my shoes to see if they fit or helped me slide them on. A lost art I guess.

Outstanding customer service the gentleman By the name of Chris was pleasant and helpful. Chris was passionate about his work he suggested sales to me and looked up information in the computer to locate a store that did have my item that I was looking for. I was able to make a purchase and even mail it to my house with the help of Chris. Chris made my out of town shopping experience really fun.

Great customer service here, so helpful and kind. It's actually relaxing to shop there. This location is the best. Sales associates are stellar. Wish all stores trained their staff like Nordy's. (Even The Rack staff can use some help ).

Had an awesome experience there today! Chris and George helped me find the perfect items to match my suit and were so patient and helpful throughout the process. Men, hit these gentlemen up. The best retail experience I've had in a while.
