St Thomas and St Verena Food Mart

Lived in NPR for two years, and drove to Tampa every other day. Found this jewel and couldn't be happier. The owner is beyond amazing and the variety of products had me speechless. So happy I found this spot.

My husband and I came here late one night, we were traveling, it’s Ramadan and I was tired. Didn’t want to go to another store, just go to the place we rented and rest. I said I wish they sold eggs bc that was the only thing I needed at the time. The man there gave us his personal eggs since he didn’t sell any there. My husband tried to pay for it but the man refused. Thank you for your kindness sir! My husband is from Egypt and they had some of the things he loves here and the quality of the meat and sweets was perfect. Anyone who lives in this area I suggest support your local business and shop here. He is a kind man and I wish we lived here to do so our selves. I know we will always come here when we visit. An extremely enjoyable experience that was made even better thanks to the friendly, knowledgeable owner who helped me pick out a yummy imported falafel spice, cumin seeds, and more. Looking forward to returning next time I'm in the area so I can try some of the many Egyptian products which are clearly a specialty!

This Arabic / Egyptian convenient store is one of the cleanest stores in the area. The new owner is really nice, clean and HONEST. I highly recommend this place for your everyday shopping.
