GOODFELLOW AFB Commissary

Again, Goodfellow is small and not an "active" base but a training facility now so facilities are small but the commissary was clean and neat and well kept. Workers were friendly and helpful. Prices were great. Many things were much less expensive there than off base at Wal-mart or HEB.

A small but well stocked commissary. I can get single meal partial MREs for my work lunch for under $5.

I like the smaller store that has what I need. Good meat and produce.

A small commissary for a small base. Good selection of everything you need. HEB and Market Street are only a short drive away for anything else they don't carry. Cashiers and baggers are always very friendly. Very knowledgeable with WIC. Best of all, it is never crowded.

Requires military ID. Super good meat/prices. Small store & friendly employees. Wish there wasn't so much interference/disruption by DECA management trying to "improve" service & quality. Most of what they do tends to drive customers away!

I love the commissary. They carry almost everything I need. You do have to have a military I'd to get on base and use the commissary.

Small enough to not tire a body out, big enough to carry the products we use, friendly staff.

This commissary has a large election and is kept very clean. The staff is friendly and care about your service.
