CVS

The "Getting to Know Your CVS pharmacy care team" poster board was creative, informative, & engaging. This made me feel like there really is no substitute for the human side of pharmacy. Thank you to everybody at the NE 33rd Ave CVS :)

I just started using CVS after my pharmacy closed down. I have been very happy with their professional and kind employees.

Oof, the reviews on this are brutal. When I visit, the staff are friendly and courteous. (And they don’t act like it’s weird when I talk back to the self-checkout.)

Being neurodivergent, I’m aware that I can be a handful at times. I appreciate that y’all are patient with me during those times.

Anyhow, I'm so horrible with names, so I'll probably forget someone. Shoutouts to: Joselin, Titus, Joann, Ann, and Randall.

(Also, it's not anyone at the stores fault that the store is shortstaffed.)

Needed 2 new prescriptions on a Sunday afternoon. Rite Aid was closed. CVS was busy but they immediately took the time to check on the medication stock and told me they would have it for us in 30 minutes. The pharmacist was very nice and took the time to review each one at pick up. The store is clean and bright. Several staff asked if we needed help. We will definitely go back.

I’ve been coming here for several months and all I’ve gotten is good service. The pharmacists are super nice and efficient. The place is clean and well-stocked. I imagine the 1-star reviewers are maybe trying to tank the ratings of a competitor? Anyway, the store is clean, they frequently have good deals, especially on vitamins. Someone commented that it’s expensive— yes, don’t do your shopping at a drugstore, there is a Target and a Fred Meyer both within walking distance, both with similar prices. As for “not being greeted” as you walk in the door? I always have been, but guess what? I don’t feel like that’s a requirement of good service. Sometimes when going to the drugstore you want to get in and out without calling attention to yourself, especially if you’re sick as a dog or have pus oozing from your eye or something. Anyway, it’s fine. It’s a drugstore.

I love the staff at this store and pharmacy. ESPECIALLY Joanne. They are so helpful, friendly and patient, especially given that they always seem short staffed. It feels like a local neighborhood establishment despite its status as a CVS.

Awesome new location! Still smells like fresh paint, located near an AT&T store and Safeway. Jonah (sp?) Was very friendly and accommodating, had a very friendly and positive attitude.

Joanne is amazing! I got my scripts transferred and filled after my other CVS failed. Thanks for keeping me out of the ER!

Cj in the pharmacy is always helpful. Always greets me with a smile and goes above and beyond.

THIS IS FOR THE PHARMACY. The rest of the store is WAAAY OVER PRICED and the kids from the school come over here to steal; Thus making prices even higher.
