I love the loft but have to shop online because I live in a rural area. I happened to be in Gresham visiting and stopped in the loft at Gresham Station. Alia waited on me and was absolutely awesome. She offered outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond. You can bet I'll be back next time I'm in Gresham. Thank you to both sales ladies!

Beautiful quality clothes. Helpful staff. Lots of selection. I liked the sales person Becky who helped me coordinate some clothes for court. She was sweet, personable, helpful and not pushy. A great help. A great human being. You go Becky!

The employees in this store all treated me the same and I cannot express how truly surprised and thankful I am for that! They continued to treat me with respect and helpfulness. I came one time looking like a mess and they asked me if I needed help. I've come in scrubs in they treated me the same as when I looked like trash. I've come with my little sisters...etc. My point is.. each time, whether I was under dressed or overdressed the employees treated me the same. No one should ever be judge by their appearances.
