Best Buy

What can I say? This is your typical Best Buy. It was clean and had what wanted in stock. There were several people on the sales floor available to help me. The lines at check out were pretty long, but surprisingly, they moved pretty fast. Plenty of checkers. Also, they price matched so I was I was very happy about that. No complaints. I would recommend.

I honestly come here to much, but I can confidently say that they have always been the nicest people I've had the honor of being helped by. I've bought plenty of small value items and large value items and they never disappoint.

I was looking to purchase a screen protector for my Ipad. Alex at Gresham Station knew exactly what I needed. He was knowledgeable and personable. He went out of his way to ensure it was ordered and shipped to my house since I am a loyalty member.. Assiciates like Alex ensure I will remain a Best Buy customer.

Was very clean and an entirely new experience compared to what it was only a decade ago. Had Corsair brand thermal paste in stock but was far more costly than it should've been compared to more thermally effective options online.

But it was in stock and did the job I needed it to, so I can't fault Best Buy and their helpful staff for that.

I had ordered a Chromebook on a cyber Monday deal for pick up at this location. When we arrived we were informed that the order had been canceled (we had no notice of this) because it was the "last one in stock and they couldn't find it". Without going into all the details, the manager (Casey) despite being very understaffed, took the time to work with us to "make it right" and very fairly set us up with the Chromebook we needed for our daughter.

It's a best buy. Seems to have better on hand that other stores in the area

Took my Grandson with me to look around at Best Buy, he took 1 look at this TV, and said hey gramps can you buy this. I said ok, but wouldn't you like a bigger TV,nope I like this 32 ".

The Gresham manager Dylan saved my bacon today! I’d ordered an apartment-sized fridge several days ago online and a different store said they would have it ready to pick up today. I called the call center to check up on it and they said it wouldn’t be available. The operator said Gresham may have one and to drive there. She put a note in the system about my dilemma. Dylan called me up, told me it was in stock, canceled my other order, gave me the sale price (that the other fridge would have had) and loaded into my car. He went above and beyond and should be recognized for his exceptional customer service!

Staff helped me get what I was looking for quickly and for less than I was expecting to pay. They also didn't mind my six year old running around and touching all the lego boxes.

Great deal on a Chromebook 14” laptop. The guy who help me was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the difference between the three Chromebook I was looking at

I thought this best buy one of the best in Portland. Manager went beyond expectations and delivered satisfactory outcome after I screwed up the initial purchase in a rush before Christmas.

Bought a play station 5 for my grandson and we loved the customer service that was there to help us. They had plenty in stocks along with games and any information that we needed to make the experience birthday worthy. Thanks

I was looking to get a best buy credit card but... oh man i was so lost! I spoke to Miguel (sales person) and he went far and beyond. He speaks spanish and made it easier.

Currently they are under a remodel. Opening mid May or so. You can still look on the app and if they have it in stock they will happily bring it out for you. The gentleman was very friendly in giving us this information. We ordered a new television and choose pickup. Everything went perfect. The gentlemen were very helpful and quick sliding the 65" tv in a Prius. Yes! You can fit a 65" television in a Prius. I checked measurements of the box, which you can usually find in the detailed description.

This planet fitness just got remodeled. Very clean. Friendly staff that don't try and push you into something.

We went in to check on a Samsung tablet that I had in my Amazon cart. Best Buy matched the price and we bought it on the spot!

Came in to pick up a pre-order. The store and bathrooms were well kept and well stocked. There are two unisex bathrooms, so it's unlikely you'll ever have to wait. Staff was very friendly and fast too. They also have outside lockers for item pickup, and a huge parking lot with plenty of parking for handicapped and locker pick-up spots right in front. They even have a smart car charger right up front.

Very knowledgeable helpful in what I needed went through the whole process from start to finish it was fast service.
