They will be reopening! Their new location will be next to Best Buy (same parking lot). They work/remodel inside now to prepare the premises. I was told by another store associate that Gresham Old Navy store will reopen in June.

Aiden helped me with my return and was so kind and helpful!! I was able to get my return even though my account was being a little tricky at first he worked with me until it went right! Aiden is awesome :)

Went in today and staff were nice and friendly. Fitting rooms were clean, and clothes was well organized and easy to find my size. Even found some good deals on the clearance racks!

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the dressing rooms worked by CJ (I think it's her name). Usually dressing rooms cause me alot of tears and anxiety but with her sweet chatty self I was able to try on clothes and get the positive vibes she let off. We chatted about how much water she was able to drink and how old she was. Sounds silly but she was such a bright spot in my day! Keep her around, she's the best employee you have!

I love shopping here! The prices are fantastic, especially RIGHT NOW. I think one reason for the low prices this week, is because they are trying to jump start their fiscal loss of being closed for so long. Not sure I got the right price on some items maybe they were only online purchase price but the store was well kept and service on floor and checkoutwas speedy.

Going here has been pleasant every time I have gone there. The people are always pleasant and helpful. I started coming to this specific location probably 5 or 6 years ago, when my weight was a bit more out of control (I'm a male, 5'10", weighed about 275), the clothes fit perfectly for my body type. Then I was buying a 36, and I'm now down to a size 33 and the pants specific still fit me 100% perfectly.

The specials are usually quite great. Mens jeans normally $34.50, all cuts and styles were on sale for $19 so 45% off. I also bought a pea-coat wool jacket normally marked at $69.99, it was on sale for $20.98.

A young lady approached me to ask if I needed help finding a size. She not only helped me find the size I needed but also helped me look for a two other items. She took me to different departments to help me search and when we didn't find them she asked another team member. She was amazing! I just wish I had gotten her name

Affordable stylish clothing. I often get stuck in the fitting room area waiting for my wife to try on clothes. I have seen atleast half the clothing on different people. Most clothing here looks good. They have lots of good summer styles. I cannot speak to winter season. The Memorial Day weekend sale is good, lots of great deals.

Found so many great deals today including a shirt for my son for 47¢. I thought it was a mistake but it wasn't. So score for us!!!

It’s a fairly big store with a lot of product available, but it isn’t too overwhelming. The children’s section is particularly large. Good location with lots of other shopping and places to eat nearby.
