I ordered online to pick up in store. I was greeted upon arrival and directed to pickup. The young man working pickup was professional, courteous and had a smile on his face. He was attentive to his duties. He got my order and had me on my way. He was busy too. The store had everything I needed. I love an hour away but I will shop at this store again.

I don’t normally do this but the lady Alex with Geek Squad at Brentwood Location is phenomenal. I went there for my software laptop update and she was extremely helpful.

If I could tip her I would. But she refused the tip…

I went to Best Buy For Car Audio Purchase with Installation. I Found The Car Stereo I Wanted With Free Installation.( 199.00 Purchase Includes Free Installation) Now That What I’m Talking About One Stop Shop.

Ordered a TV online, used the app for pickup. My old one died. Great sale though.
It was ready and they brought it right out to me.
She put it in my car and everything.

The store only got five stars because of Josh B. The girl in the front brown ponytail she was a little condescending I didn't care for her. I never leave reviews,but I'm going to leave a review for him because his customer service was outstanding and I felt like I left there an expert. 🤣 The man in the wheelchair was such a sweetheart. All around great staff! Coming from someone who's managed and worked in customer service since they were 16 I would not have her in the front. The other employees did make up for it.

I got a 1.1 cf microwave for 99 bucks on sale. My old one died just before Thanksgiving. Best Buy was quick and easy to get a new one. It feels like a Best Buy!

Just want to say this store has a pretty good selection over all and also a lot of kitchen appliances and options. Me and my husband Was able to figure out what fridge we wanted for both indoor and garage. Ross has been so helpful for both trips here, he has a lot of knowledge, advice, and enthusiasm to help. We really appreciated his support and patience with us.

I cannot say enough good things about Tasia in the wireless/mobile section. She is a ROCKSTAR! She is honest about you need and won't push you to buy something you don't really want or need. She's warm, efficient, and has a wealth of knowledge about the products in her area. The next time I am in the market for a new phone, I will 100% try to link up with Tasia.

Beautiful store entrance. Helped immediately by a greeter to point me in the right direction. Helped by a employee in the department. They had my item in stock which confirmed the website in stock notation. Greeted by a friendly employee at checkout. Finished the purchase and will shop there in the future.

Ordered a phone online for pickup and had zero wait time to pick it up when I got to the store. The associate at the pick up desk was extremely helpful.

Last night, I was at the Brentwood Best Buy getting the best advice from Ryan - Mgr, who has the best & most positive outlook for any issue/solution. The Magnolia Geek Squad team has worked with me for years. Mike Wilson has the intelligence, passion, professionalism, patience, etc… to turn your house into a Movie, Concert & improve your WiFi!!
Geek Squad was perfect last night. They deserve a raise because Best Buy has greatly improved the customer support. Geek Squad has to be the most knowledgeable, team oriented because they will all work together. They were swamped with appts. They really warmed my heart when they were working with an 87 year old gentleman on his upgrading/moving/syncing his backups from his old to new laptop. They were extremely kind, patient & working everyone’s issues. The best thing I’ve ever did was use Best Buy as my one stop for everything especially now they have Apple Care. Total Tech, & can monitor your products remotely for service.

The young man at the online counter was knowledgeable and checked me out quickly without making sure I understood my product. He also assisted me with placing it on the back of my truck.

Absolutely a fantastic experience! Bought my TV online on Black Friday and was readied with a seamless pickup and great customer service from the team! Thank yall!

Amazing staff that are super helpful! Bought new kitchen appliances and had an amazing experience, including the team that delivered and installed the refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher, which included setting up the water line for the new refrigerator. Now I prefer shopping at local stores vs Amazon.

My visit was nice, I was looking for a movie projector my halloween movie night. I wasn't expected to spend what I did but I learned the Samsung The Freestyle was a great buy.
