Always a great experience. We have built a half dozen custom setups from parts all purchased here. You can’t beat the prices and the free assistance from knowledgeable salespeople is unparalleled. I am not upset having spent easily five figures here this year and will continue to make the hour drive any time I need something. Worth the trip, service is incredible with excellent selection and always very organized.

Great place with excellent staff. I purchased a 512gb SD card which was unfortunately DOA, when I went back they took care of it quickly and got me a replacement which works fine. Additionally they have anything and everything a tech nerd, like me, could want. One of my favorite aspects is that they stock cables which actually have their speed ratings on them which allows you to buy what you need instead of hoping for the best online.

A lot of quality staff, quick services. Got a laptop. didn't try to sell me more then I needed. Also transferred my info from my desk top to lap top tech support stayed in constant contact total peace of mind.

Shop here once or twice making sure to give them your email address. Then stop shopping for a month or so. You will start getting emails for free items. It's usually just a memory card or thumb drive, but sometimes they are giving away keyboard mouse combos and more. Great place to fill up on 3d printer filament and supplies, as well as anything PC related you can think of. It's the brick and mortar version of the computer parts store.

Always a good experience shopping here. Staff is friendly and attentive while also being knowledgeable. I have built an entire gaming PC just buying components here in the past. Tons of selection and cool to just browse. Highly recommend if you prefer an in-person experience. I find their prices very competitive to online.

Parking is usually okay here, but the overall plaza is almost always a thunderdome. Try to come in from the back or through the commercial park to the south.

Not going to lie I was pretty apprehensive about dropping off my set up with these guys. Everything went really smooth, took just a tad longer than I expected but they were super busy and got my cooler replaced same day. Jeff Crow was my Tech, everything was done with attention to detail and cable management was 10/10. Will be using them again if I have any other replacements needed. Thanks Jeff!

This is my favorite place to shop in St. Louis. They have the best selection of computers, software, accessories, and gaming supplies in the city. Their prices are always the best and if not they will price match. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I just learned to day how painless their return policy is. This is my go to place for some of my favorite things.

Did a great job repairing my busted laptop. They fixed the fan, replaced the keyboard (apparently they don't replace single letters), and reinstalled Windows. It works great now, though there was a short time when they suggested a repair that would leave a large hole in my keyboard--but I think the repair person was just saying, "The quickest repair option is not a good option and here is why." Anyway, the price was right, and though it took several weeks, my laptop is almost like new.

If you're a geek like I am you will love this place. They looked up a purchase that I made a year ago for some memory so I could get the same kind for an upgrade. Great service.

Customer service here is amazing. I bought an open box computer from them and it ended up not working, They let me exchange it for a brand new computer which is even better than the one I originally purchased. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Love this store. I bought a bundle while at Microcenter in Chicago. The motherboard was bad.. so they helped me replace it for a working one, helped me find other items I wanted.. and then gave me a discount for my inconvenience.. love love love this brand.

Happened to be in the area so figured I would check it out. Honestly I was surprised by all the stuff they had and the variety. Really seems like the best place to go shopping for parts and help. The workers were extremely nice and ready to help with anything you might need. I would highly recommend shopping here.

Always my go-to store when I need electronic parts or supplies. I need an 80 mm fan for a computer, and even though it's not the most common size, they has one in stock. They also have a great selection of 3D printing fillaments.

I’ve been visiting Micro Center for several years. I’m always greeted by one or more employees while I’m there. I had a custom PC built there. The employee that helped me pick out parts was very knowledgeable, put up with many questions and went out of his way to stay in my budget and find some deals so I can get the best PC in my budget. A different employee helped me with picking out monitors. I received the same great customer service.

The best computer store around all the staff are very professional and treat the customers with respect they are more then happy to assist you with technology weather your a computer novice or an veteran

Micro Center is an awesome store for everything electronic. This is a techies playground for sure. I went on this past Sunday to get a free memory card from the coupon they sent in the mail. I had a ball around the store playing with the computers, the surround sound systems and seeing what new tech gear is out. Micro Center always had the latest electronics at the best prices around. I've bought my keyboard, mouse and computer speakers from here in the past. They have everything that you can think of for your home entertainment and gaming as well. They always have helpful and friendly Staff around every corner so you don't have to go searching for help. They have a great Customer Service Department that can help you with anything electronic. I love that they habe pictures of the people who invented electronics abd technology. I love that you can learn who did what from all the things we use in technology as you shop. They have ample parking as well.

My family loves Micro Center. We've been shopping at Micro Center since they opened in the St. Louis area. We almost always find what we're looking for when we shop here. The employees in the computer parts department in the back of the store are always friendly and helpful. The employees that work in the checkout area are always friendly. We've never had a bad experience while shopping here.
