Supplement Superstore

I walked in there with my mom and a guy named Nick said hello and greeted us in. He was pretty knowledgeable and friendly person. Told me everything I needed to know about the items I wanted to get. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get into working out. 10/10

I went in today explaining that I’d been out of the gym for a while and was looking to get back to it. I worked with Ryan and explained my budget and goals. He took time to talk me through all of the products he recommended, was knowledgeable, and listened when I expressed feedback. Will definitely be going back to this store.

The shopping experience was very personalized. I was nervous at first entrance due to my reasons for coming but felt so comfortable talking about it with them. Was like talking to family and friends. Got a great product and sample of another. Will definitely be shopping there again soon.

I had an excellent overall experience. I worked with Nick! He gave me so much knowledge on the things I needed. Helping set up a plan and also giving me a big confidence boost. You Got This!!! That’s what he told me. The interaction seemed pure not just like they wanted my money!!!

Definitely wish that I had shopped here sooner! The staff are very friendly and do an amazing job at educating you on the products and steps you need to take to reach your fitness goals! I recommend checking it out even if you are new to the gym, they will get you on the right track and provide you with quality products.

I met Aland at a health and wellness event and he invited me to the store. He was there when I arrived. He was friendly, helpful, and personalized supplements specific to my diet and fitness goals. Offered free samples and complimentary body scan. Overall a great experience!

I love going to this store! Everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The store is clean and the products are great. The in-body scans can be intimidating the first time you try it, but everyone there is so supportive that it quickly becomes a comfortable experience.

It was awesome! Everyone there was great and enthusiastic. Jordan greeted me with excitement and made great conversation, he also helped me with a wellness guide to assist with my fitness goals. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Been going for over a year now. They have a friendly staff, great products and selection, and are always encouraging me on to my fitness goal, whatever it is at the time. The free body scan service has been amazing at keeping me aware of my progress and I know that I can use it without feeling pressured to make a purchase. All around fantastic resource in anyone’s fitness journey.

The team is awesome! Super friendly and helpful…I always enjoy my monthly trips to restock with the supplements I need and talk fitness and life with the team! On my latest trip they were doing a great job of explaining products to a new customer as well! Great experience for new and old customers no matter the fitness level!!

Tony and Rockow were awesome! Went above and beyond to help me out. Took their time and explained everything in detail. Even wrote me out a weekly meal plan. The other staff was super friendly as well! They remember my name every time I come in. From one sales person to another, I appreciate their hustle.

I love heading to S2. Always friendly and ready to help. Handing me that water bottle reminds me to stay hydrated. They remember me by name and always give great advice.

I absolutely love the guys at the South county store! Paiton and Caleb are always there to help. The stock is phenomenal, but if you guys could bring back the smaller shakers that would be fantastic. The lady folks don't need as much powder and we don't need as much water, so we don't need as large of a shaker. Other than that 10 out of 5 stars!!

Hands down the best customer service of any store I've been to. The employees are always giving 110% and it feels like they really do care about the progress you make on your fitness journey, and are always willing to help out. Additionally, every product that you can imagine, is here.

This was my first time being in the store was it great experience. Aland was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. He explained the products and helped me make informed decisions based on my goals. I was referred to this store by a friend and I am so glad they did. I highly recommend anyone needing to or wanting to find good supplements, learn what supplements do and which ones are best for you go to the Brentwood store. The staff is fantastic!!!

As someone who makes a living in customer service I was very pleased with the level of support I was given. When I walked in I was greeted, offered a bottle of water, ask about my day, where I am from, and the purpose of my visit. Then I was given privacy to shop at my discretion. It was a very good experience and I left with everything my wife asked me to get.

SS in Brentwood has the friendliest staff, they always check in on my nutrition and fitness goals and give custom recommendations and encouragement. I recently started a new fitness program and I always know y’all got my back, keep up the good work. If it wasn’t for you I would still be fat and gross. Thanks for making me a better dancer!

The whole staff at the Brentwood location is awesome. Aland, Tony, Rockow, Chris, Nick, Ziyad, and the rest of the staff have all provided an exceptional experience each time I've been in the store. They're extremely knowledgeable on the diverse product line in the store and always have awesome recommendations if I'm looking for a change up. Tony helped me create a transformational meal plan about a year ago and each of the above mentioned employees have contributed to meal plan alterations as I've adjusted from Bulk/cut phases. All around it's been an awesome experience getting to know and learn from the crew.

Just like other locations, their selection and staff are incredible. As a trainer and experienced lifter myself, I pretty much knew what I came in for, but they were outstanding in helping me narrow it down, and didn’t act annoyed that I came in 10 min before closing (as is common in retail.).
