Meijer

I do most of my shopping at Meijers. I particularly love this one in Troy. The staff is always so kind and willing to stop what they're doing to help you out. The store itself is always very clean and organized. I love the line of clothes and shoes they have, the toys department is really nice, the electorics is also very nice with just about anything you could think of that u might need. Their prices are a little more than say Walmart but the Mperks help that out.

I have the Meijers app and absolutely love the shop and go. It is so convenient and makes the whole shopping experience so much faster. I love that I can scan everything and pack everything up and keep everything organized the way I like it to make the unpacking and putting away go so much smoother for us at home and I can do it at my discretion without feeling like I am pissing someone off behind me bc I am doing it while I am still shopping. The worker at the self check out will come over once u have transferred ur items to the cash register and pick out items throughout your cart and make sure u have not missed anything (usually like 3 to 5 items). What I do is just make sure the ones I have questions about because of either my coupon not working or something and tell them the moment I go up to pay so they can help me figure out why it's not coming up right after they have checked my items. It's really nice though once you have become a trusted shopper because it's almost like a random pull of who needs checked and who doesn't because I have been using the app for so long that most of the time it will allow me to transfer without being checked. I find that awesome and gives a little boost in confidence and the integrity department within myself.

I love the Mperks they have for you for shopping at their store. It helps me out a lot especially because you can get a dollar off in fuel by shopping at their store or so much off your purchases if you choose to use them that way.

I use the pharmacy here and they are so nice. They show alot of care for their customers and I couldn't be happier with my choice to switch pharmacies. Also they are alot cheaper than kroger if you are a customer that uses good rx.
Also I love the sales they have on clothing. I always save money here no matter what I'm purchasing.

Very clean and organized. They offer a lot of dairy free food options which I really appreciate

Always a nice experience at this location. Never crowded midday and I'm always greeted when I walk in.

I unfortunately had to return a pair of JBL headphones w mic that did not work, right out of the box. I had no problem with the return. The associate was really friendly. Just keep in mind that when returning to Meijer, you have to have your receipt, and I'm pretty sure you have only a 30-day window. They do not mess around. Happy shopping, and happy summer!! 😊

Excellent produce selection and the meat cases are well stocked with great deals on beef chicken and pork. Just about anything you need you'll find here. And the best part is by shopping at Meijer your not supporting the communists that Walmart has catered to for years.

Love Meijer. They have a great selection of food. Wish these grocery stores would reopen 24 hours though as I work nights. Last trip I was checking out close to midnight at there closing time and had to scan and bag $300 worth of groceries myself. There were no cashier lanes open. This was slightly disappointing but wont keep me from going again.

This place is like so awesome when it comes to the customer needs and the prices are more spender friendly this place has what you need cause when this guy was down and out they come out swinging for me give them a try you won't be disappointed for any need. (AI)

Clean store and friendly staff. I found exactly what I was looking for, and more.

We ended up buying a Lego set from here. Upon opening it we realized someone else had bought it prior, picked through the pieces, then returned the set. They did end up refunding the money for the set over the phone since I live out of state.

New produce areas are easy to find what you're looking for..everything'was clean and well organized.

Jordan and Steve in the meat department were A#1 great.... I bought & ordered w/o a moments notice about 9am Thursday 4/20/2023, 9 chuck roast (25lbs).... 2lb ground chuck, 2lb ground ground pork, 3lbs pork tenderloin.... both employees stopped everything they were doing they were kind, smiled genuinely, made conversation & were happy to help....!!!! ( they were busy making sure everything was stocked for the day, early morning & still dropped everything they were doing to help me ) ...

Martha ( very kind )was the clerk that checked me out and another employee ( maybe Kay ) bagged my groceries for me.....
In my experience this would not have been my experience at Kroger or Wal-Mart....

Also customer service was great also

This Meijer is a breath of fresh air! Super friendly. Very clean. Very organized. The crew go out of their way to help you find something. Love the cleanliness and quality. The meat department is really tops!

Update Dec 2021. Things are changing quickly. Tell tell signs of things changing. Not as organized and guest relations are not as peachy. Harder to find assistance.

Update Feb 5, 2023. Wow! What is happening to this store? It has really changed. Are they going out of business? This has become the most unfriendly business. I can't believe what I'm seeing. The produce is beyond words. So much rotten stuff. Still for sale at full price no less. It makes me sad.

Troy meijer is probably one of the nicest department stores ive ever been to. It also boasts one of the best selections with unique items you cant find anywhere else and wonderful mixing liquor and wine selection as well as a multitude of kraft beer.

I found a pair of shoes and a loaf of bread. Life is good. The 5-item check out line was really spiffy!

It was nice going shopping at Meijer's today in Troy everything was well stocked there were signs up limiting how many items so if people come in to buy excessively they were forewarned. Everyone was nice and friendly in the store was clean. I wish I would have worn a sweater it was freezing in there. Overall I'm glad I went to Meijer's instead of the places I usually go. Also they were very well stocked for Easter managed to get all the Easter baskets and trimmings flowers cards everything in one stop.
