Nice it still has a play area which is generally clean.

Went there this weekend and play area was closed. I asked two different employees why they were closed and neither employee would tell me and wouldn't look for any kind of answer from somebody else either. Update. Gave it another chance. Awful service. Took forever to get the food . Watched others get their food all i ordered was a happy meal and fries. Absolutely awful ...

Baily was so kind to my son and I! I seriously can not express how wonderful Baily was to us. Employees like Baily are what keep customers coming back to a place! Kind, generous and considerate!

Not even gonna lie why y'all be giving this McDonald's the lowest ratings from one bad experience we're human and have our bad days, y'all be forgetting these workers are human frl, me as a customer I've always respected the workers, because ik they work hard yo. So before you give them a bad rating and decide to not come back, maybe give it another chance yo.

The cashier was outstanding and personally welcoming.

Drive thru customer service was absolutely great! She was friendly and kind! The food looked and tasted great! No squished burger, cheese falling off, ketchup mess or anything!! Clean parking lot and quick service! Highly highly impressed with this facility! Will return!

Always asked to pull into a slot for my food and wait an additional 5 minutes or longer.

This is my favorite McDonald’s location in Fairborn! They always have what you want. My food has always actually been correct & hot & fresh and they always have the orange hi-c. Order on the app and you can get free food all the time!

If I could give it more stars, I definitely would. Moved in this area and have visited this McDonald's several times. Top notch service. I know can you believe it. But the people working here have got their act together. Keep up the great work....

Service was fast order was taken quickly and accurately.
The chicken nuggets were hot as were the fries. The drink I ordered was cold and It was a tasty lunch at a cheap price. Oh and the staff were nice and friendly.

I hope I'm spelling her name right, Kayla at the drive thru window was a perfect example of friendly customer service. Even though she was wearing a mask I knew she was smiling. I appreciate her patience and her wanting to make sure I had everything in my bag before I left. Everything I ordered was there and service was timely.

I live .8 miles from McDonald's. I used the mobile app to order & left my house 5 minutes later. I arrived at the Order window & gave them my pick-up number. They hadn't received my order yet. About 3 minutes later they received my order. They fixed my meal & I was on my way back home. My meal was hot & fresh.

Best Mc Donald's anywhere I'll drive to this one instead of Park Layne and I live in NewCarlisle. Just check your bag as they often forget the simple things like ketchup or a spoon, but otherwise fresh and hot.

Best service from McDonald's I've received in a very long time. I had to wait, but they told me it would be a wait when I ordered. And that is what the customer wants, straightforwardness! Great job to the crew tonight! And thank you!

This place used to be the best McDonald's around I don't know what happened but it's still pretty good but not the best

Drive thru send wrong order out to the car and one lady employee fixed it really quickly. She took care of the problem and said for us to keep the new spicy chicken sandwich and it's the best one I've tasted. O Baker/Xenia.

My kid loves the playground here. During the winter months we are regulars. The managers are great about keeping the play place together and family friendly. There are Luv's sanitizing wipes for us germaphobes. Food is sometimes slow coming out but the staff is always working hard to get it out hot & fresh.

For a McDonalds, it was pretty good! The drive through was fast and friendly, and even though i had to wait a moment for my meal they still got it out quick. The inside was also very clean and well kept

They have up to date machines and I could actually get my food got and ready. They have great cashiers and even better opportunities for a job. You can now apply at the age of 14. It is truly a great place for quick food.

We went through the drive thru for breakfast on the road. They got our food out fast and everything was good and hot. Employees were friendly and helpful.
