We had a great experience here. We needed help switching from an old phone to a new one. Dylan was helpful and patient with all our questions. And he showed us that upgrading our plan would actually save us some money. If you're looking for good customer service, schedule an appointment at this location.

My phone needed an upgrade and we were ready to get my pre-teen set up with her own phone as well. I was a little overwhelmed looking at all our options online, so we decided to go in to the store and I'm so glad we did. Dylan helped us review our options, wrote down every detail, and worked out how each choice would impact our bill. At the end of the process, we were able to get my upgraded phone, my daughter's new phone, an upgraded tablet for my kids, and an apple watch to boot! The best part is that we'll actually be saving money on our monthly bills. Excellent service!

Fantastic help! I came in to upgrade my phone. I am a note taker, so I wanted everything written down so I could look at it later and understand what was done. Dylan took notes for me and explained everything thoroughly. He was very patient with my questions and answered everything well. I have been to this location a few times and have always been pleased with the customer service. Sasha assisted me with upgrading my iPhone, and better yet with speedy service as I was in a time crunch. Sasha made sure the transition was smooth to keep all of my information from my old phone. Recently I visited to get a replacement camera protector, Dylan went above and beyond by taking the old protector off, cleaning my phone and installing the new one. I will absolutely return to this Verizon location.
