The girls here are amazing and they helped me to transfer my stuff from my old phone to the new one. I have learned how to share pictures and contacts from the devices. It was great experience for me. The phone is amazing, I am enjoying it.

Very friendly and professional employees at this location. Prices were awesome and the government assistance was easy to apply for and get. I should have switched from metro by t-mobile a long time ago.

Usually pretty good customer service. I recently switched providers and found out I missed cricket so I took my phone in to get cricket service again. He squeezed me in while he was taking care of 2 current customers. I'm out the door in 7 or 8 minutes

These guys were great! Helped me with all of my needs with the new phone I just purchased and made sure I had everything before I left the store!

The district manager helps a great deal but make sure you call them to see if he's in or when he's available. However one of ladies will keep asking you for money even if you don't have any, so keep your eye out for her. I've trusted Cricket for several years and since I live close by, I would still recommend this Fairborn location at least.

Just finished switching my service from boost to cricket. Everything was great and working well. Store rep was very helpful and understood all of my needs.
