I just called this store after calling three other GameStops. She is the ONLY employee to check the website and to check if other stores had the product. I didn’t even ask her to do that since I thought they couldn’t tell since Huber Heights said “Maybe Miler Lane might have it.”

We stopped in to resell a couple of games and get a controller. The team member that took care of us was very nice and helpful.

I was really impressed with the customer service I received at this location. Skylar was wonderful to talk to and covered all of my wants and needs. When I called back for additional information, he was just as enthusiastic and willing to answer my questions. He is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful employee.

The customer service here is fantastic. I can only speak for the employees I’ve been helped by, but Kai and Brandon really are enjoyable to talk to and with and clearly have a passion for their work. I don’t love the company, but I certainly don’t mind buying something from this store because of the people employed here. Keep up the great work, it is definitely appreciated!

The staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially Skylar, the prices are normal for games and items around the store, the same as Walmart, Kroger, and Amazon.

My Son spent $40 of his Birthday$ here today. He bought a prepaid card for his game. When he scratched off the # on the card, he scratched too hard, and ruined the code. I called the Store, and the Clerk happily, and politely, agreed to allow an even exchange. We love Game Stop❤😀 Thank you Shawn, you made my Son's day!

Counter person very helpful was very relatable. Helped me order my item and have it shipped to my front door. Very pleased with the whole experience!

The staff here is always super friendly and helpful, from helping us pre-order whatever is coming out to double checking the games our kids pick out to make sure they're appropriate and playable at their age

I always feel worried whenever I go to GameStop because the lack of customer service. However I was greeted with big smile and served nicely. Love this place!

This store is always clean, smells good, and has friendly employees that are always ready to talk and help out whenever they can.

It's a good place for most of your gaming needs, the staff is useful at this store, but they don't sell too many old school stuff but that's still okay.
