With the rewards I absolutely love refilling my propane tanks here. They are not only usually way cheaper than other places but the customer service is always amazing!

Extremely helpful staff that assists you as soon as they spot you standing around mindlessly! A gentleman helped me find what I was looking for almost the moment I stopped in place in the store to look around. The cashier was awesome as well, assisting me with finding my old account without me even having to ask.

Came in clutch with the grilling supplies we needed to have a cookout in a snowstorm, right before closing on NYE. Ace is always the place.

Always fully staffed with knowledgeable people who are attentive and eager to help yet non intrusive. They have a fantastic selection in stock even though the store looks small. It's always been my favorite ACE.

I can in here recently because I had to replace the outside dryer vent cover and get a new dryer vent tube. I wish I knew the older guys name that helped us. He was so kind and so personable. He just stood there and we talked for a few minutes. He was definitely a kind soul and didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything was just clearly trying to help. I will be back again next time I need something!

While repairing my parents toilet we discovered that we needed another part so we went to the local hardware store instead of the big box hardware store.

They always seem to have exactly what we need while the other place doesn't and it has to be ordered and shipped. We were greeted shortly after arriving and led to the department where our part was located.

All the employees friendly and helpful. We will return when the need arises.

I met there to make a purchase from someone. I was pulling a 16' trailer with me. I was having problems with the lights and trailer brakes. When I got there I pulled the wire connector out and there was mud and road gunk and packed in it. I went in and was immediately asked by a gentleman who worked there if he could help me. I told him I was looking for some kind of electric connector cleaner and maybe a can of Duster. He lead me right to it and I got what I needed. Check out was quick and easy.

Its a real convenient little hardware store. The employees are always very helpful and ready to share their expertise. The cashiers are always efficient and personable! When you need basic hardware and related services they cannot be beat!

Nothing makes me happier than great customer service. This review may have been a 1 star review if not for the fact that the owner went beyond what he needed to do to right a wrong. We dropped off some window screens that needed replaced about three weeks ago. They told us that it would be a bit until they could get to them. That was fine because we weren’t in immediate need of them. We called today to see what was taking so long as we’re having a party here next weekend. Two hours later the screens WERE HAND DELIVERED AT OUR DOOR, NO CHARGE. This is why we stay local. Thank you!
