Starbucks

It's one of the best Starbucks locations I've ever been. Super clean and staff is super nice. Fast in and out. Mobile app compatible.

My favorite Starbucks! I always come in and get an iced chai. The baristas always get it out super quickly. The cashiers are super nice and helpful. I get greeted by name every time I come in and they love giving out pup cups!

Best drink that I've had compared to any local Starbucks around! Perhaps a big part was that the staff was super friendly 💓

The young woman on bar this afternoon was absolutely killing it. I didn't quite catch her name tag because I'm as blind as a bat but it was long and started with an "M" I believe.

I love the remodel and my gingerbread Chai latte was delicious 😋

After just a few visits they greet me by name! Every barista is always so friendly and drinks are perfectly made.

Maddison, you were awesome today. Friendly, excellent customer service, explained some of the different drinks, and offered to make a pour over (which many times is avoided by the SB employees). The Carmel crunch ribbon Frappuccino was delicious and it looked awesome too!

Very quick service. I have been to 3 starbucks in the area. The one on Wright Patterson is outstanding. I order the citrus honey tea (medicine ball) and it is always good. I always order 4. My wife and I drink one and I put the second one in the refrigerator for the next day. I reheat and take to work. It does not lose its taste, it still taste great. You will not get better customer service at any other starbucks. The staff is outstanding.

I love this location!! They are always very polite and helpful, with fast service. They are located on an Air Force base which might be an inconvenience for those not in the military. However, it is an awesome treat for those who have to spend 12+ hours a day on base!

Emilee, the young lady who takes orders is one of the friendliest people I've ever dealt with at a Starbucks. She not only remembers the customer's names but what he or she is all about. I'm a customer service manager and I would recommend her for employment in any customer related job. Super kudos to Emilee.

The workers are amazing always going above and beyond. Greeting everyone most of the by name when we walk in the door and always making great drinks!!! I really appreciate how nice and hard working they all are.

Dare I say this starbucks on base is even better than the starbucks off base, they do a great job making my fussy drinks and are very friendly and accommodating to my kids. I love that I can walk to the park too! It's rare to fib5d better services on base than off but this place does in many ways:)

Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The service was decent!

They have every thing you would expect from a starbucks outside of base including mugs,thermos, snacks etc. Obviously a full coffee,tea and espresso menu with breakfast sandwiches etc. Nice atmosphere inside and outdoor seating. No drive thru at this location. Bathrooms always very clean and staff is top notch.

Pleasant customer service.

The baristas have been pleasant each time that I visited this location. They are quick as well. This is great when pressed for time. Each order has been made to perfection.

Even though Starbucks was found on a military installation the customer service was actually good. When I asked for minimal ice in my cold brew I got exactly that. No lip. Thank you.

The staff were professional and courteous even when I added items to my original order and spent the first minute of my visit trying to describe what I usually get because I couldn't remember the proper name. For future reference, it was Venti Mocha 🙃

I absolutely love the customer service I receive here! The baristas are always happy and very helpful!
