True story! While I was out walking in the Village of North Syracuse 2 years ago I stopped in NS Smoke Shop. I was warmly greeted by Sammy who graciously offered a free cup of coffee. I declined the coffee, but did accept a complimentary bottle water. Not only am I a customer but also a friend who is treated like family!!

Moe and Sammy are the best!! Great place and have everything you need!! If they don't have something you need they will help you out and find it and get it for you. They have a drawing every 2 weeks to win free things.

One of the best, I feel like family going there. Always treat my wife and kids like their own.

Just stopped in last week. Very impressed. My adults kids rave about this place. As a cigar and cig smoker I finally stopped by to check it out. IMPRESSED! Sam and sal are very friendly and I felt very welcomed. Sam was helpful offered me free coffee and great deal on cigars! Walked me around the store and explained what all the gadgets do. I bought a few gifts for my kids. I will be a regular customer! I'm sold!

Love coming to this place, their prices are amazing and they are great people. They are loaded with items and very beautiful unique pieces and things you won’t find anywhere else. Deff check them out you won’t be mad you did. 10/10 😗💨

Trust the reviews!! There is no store like this anywhere in syracuse! Sammy, mohamed, and Saleh are very knowledgeable about every product and will make your day! you will feel at home in this store! They are hilarious and go the extra mile to give you the best deals. They do Friday raffle giveaways! Nobody does that! Anything you can think of smoking wise they have it. I stop here every day on my lunch break to get snacks and drinks and the customer services is above and beyond, they have a little bit of everything you need in your daily basis and more, I would definitely recommend stopping by and buying from this place, exceptional and best prices......

I come here all the time even though I have other smoke shops close/on my route home. These guys know how to take care of their loyal customers/customers in general… that’s for sure. Not to add their inventory is always stocked and up on the newest vape brands & flavors. So it stands out amongst the rest. Sal is THEEE friendliest and most helpful person. Always greets you at the door and says to stay safe on your way out. I’ll never forget my first time in here I got a redbull and one guy handed me a straw and a cup of ice…. It’s been a no brainer for me to only come here ever since. VISIT. THIS. PLACE!!!!!

All the guys are very friendly and courteous, and they have free coffee in the morning, I go at least 3 to 4 times a week, they’re my guys.
