Ross Dress for Less

I just love Ross. I have been shopping with Ross over 10 years now. I have been to three different locations in Az and this Ross location is my favorite. The prices are always affordable. I really like the name brand purses they sell. Also they have some very cute sandals ! I’m a big time sandal girl! The dresses are my favorite. They are so cute and always so many options for my curvy body type. I got about 4 dresses today for like 55.00 bucks. The prices on these cute dresses are way more affordable than at the mall. I like going on weekdays during the day, or weekends but before 11am. The store can get super crowded on weekends. I hate going when it’s crowded because people stand in the way and they are irritating. I am so pleased with this Ross location!!

I really enjoy any Ross but I've been finding myself at this location more recently. The employees at this specific Ross location are amazing. They are always in a great mood and they seem to truly want to help out in any way they possibly can. Some of the shelves are still pretty empty, which is something I've noticed at most stores, not just Ross, but since the pandemic. Yes, just like any other Ross store, this location also has alot of their merchandise laid on the floor, off of the hangers, but Ross employees are not there to babysit us or our children. I'm positive their job description isn't to follow us around in the case we as adults make a mess & just don't feel like cleaning up after ourselves. These poor employees can only do so much in so much time. Despite the messy customers, the Ross employees at this location are always in a good mood and more than willing to help. Some of the ladies have even helped me when I have been there shopping alone, by sharing their honest opinion on an outfit that I was on the fence about and couldn't decide on. Overall, this is a great Ross store located in a really nice shopping plaza and I look forward to visiting this location more in the future.

It takes a bit of effort to search for what you're looking, but it has a bunch of good offers.
There's a couple of very good products lost in the bunch.

Quick visit but found what we were looking for. Remote control truck for our 10 year old son and pet supplies. Store clean and friendly staff.

Wow this location was LOADED with good stuff! The locations in Tempe and out on the West side are always picked over and bare. I found some great deals on things I really needed for summer with a variety to choose from but don't have much money to spend on. I was in the area because of an appointment and would come here all the time if I lived close to it. Staff was friendly and helpful and were often seen picking up stuff and keeping things tidy but still had enough staff at the registers at the same time!

I love shopping at Ross. Always get great deals when I shop there

It's crazy when you get 2 Calvin Klein swimsuits, flip flops, and an over shirt all for the same price Walmart is asking for a two piece.. no name swimsuit.... $60.... One of the many reasons why I love Ross.

Love shopping at Ross - Especially when I do not need anything.

My review is not based on one occasional visit. I gave 5 stars because this store served really well for me, my family and friends for years. I love to come in this store and browse for home goods, for holidays, from head to toe things for business casual outfits.. I always walk away with something i look forward to use. And.. I believe Ross has fair return policy, which makes me feel comfortable making my purchases.

Every different location has different things. I always love sprucing in the pet, women plus and cooking section. I wish they have more choices on shoes for sizes 8.5. I can't find anything on my size and I've been to a few store in different cities. I wish they have more baking and cooking essentials.

I definitely would recommend this ROSS. Cleanliness and organization was optimized, as well as having shelves stocked with quality product. ☺

Selection was so so but this place deserves 10 stars for having so many people checking out customers. I always wonder why stores have so many registers but less then half being used, but that wasn't the case here as they had 8 people checking out. Never been in a Ross line that moved so fast. I was glad to see everyone was wearing masks which made the visit even more great. Only negative I can think of was the fact that one of the coeds in line in front of me let out a fart that definitely had no regard for the 6 foot social distancing rules.

This was my first time shopping at this location.There's a good variety of clothes and home items. They do sell some chairs and decor. I usually dread going to any Ross stores because of the long line and wait. I went on Sunday and the wait wasn't too bad. They have very nice customer service and I was even asked if I was finding everything okay while browsing the store,which was the first time, out of all the Ross stores I've visited.

You have to have a mask on when entering, they have a table set up right when you walk in that counts the amount of people that are coming and leaving and also providing mass and hand sanitizer. There is a divider at checkout between you and the cashier. You're not able to use the fitting rooms. The store is clean put together nicely I have tons of clothes fairly priced. I love shopping at Ross. I love their paintings and household items, decorations and cooking utensils!

Amazing selection of previous seasons Michael kors handbags. Right now they have spring versions of their bags at this Ross for $100 to $130. Also has Michael kors jewelry available in the display case

Was shopping for gifts for my grandkids. There was a good variety of toys. And even though the checkout line was long it went fast.
