This store is great! I found a fabulous chair, lots to choose from. I got a great deal on my entire purchase. The store is clean and bright. And the gal that took care of me was super nice and very helpful, as was her manager too!

Great staff, nicely organized store with an awesome print center! I love the fact that there are 5 self-serve printers in addition to the print staff to do print jobs quickly.

Went for my passport photo. The staff member was very helpful and pleasant. The entire process took around 10 minutes (as advertised).

It's been a while since I was at Staples, but I'll keep them in mind, next time I need something office or project related.

Dave, the manager, could teach a course on 5 star customer service. He went above & beyond to make sure that were satisfied with his Staples, and even rung us up himself at the end of our visit. We bought a new Epson printer, which was on sale, on Sunday. We didn't know that we could have traded in our old Epson printer for a $50 credit until I looked at their weekly ad on Monday. So, we brought back our old Epson printer on Wednesday, and Dave was able to redo our transaction for us. During our return visit, he was very friendly, and he made us feel valued as customers.

MARI! Absolute life saver! My niece was missing and she was nothing but helpful in printing flyers for my family. Calling continuously to check and see if we needed more! Words can't express how grateful we are for her! She was a blessing in disguise for our family in a time of need! Thank you Mari, for being AMAZING! Her hardwork assisted us in finding our girl! ❤🙏

Great service from the printing department here. Desmond was very knowledgeable about designing a poster and helped make sure I had quality images for a poster I was doing for an education fair. When I got there, Penny went out of the way to make sure I was able to get the right product for the right price.

I go to this store often and always find what I need quickly and inexpensively. The layout is intuitive and the staff is helpful.

I'm trying to help places like this stay open at a time when retail stores are being decimated by Amazon. I would rather pay a little more to have the tangible experience of going into a store, physically handling different products, browsing around, and personally interacting with real people employees. Hang in there Staples! Stay alive!

Ordered online for in store pickup. Was helped immediately and was in the store less than 5 minutes. I find the workers friendly and helpful.

Ran in to enlarge the Legacy at Park Crescent calendar and the gentleman in the printing area was helpful and knowledgeable!
