Had an out of stock issue after already buying for curb side pickup earlier today and manager was EXCELLENT customer service with helping me and discounting the floor display. Customer service desk associate was also great.

Pat the cashier was great. She handled a busy flow of customers and some technical difficulties with politeness and a smile. Seems like a great asset to the team there.

Crystal Ashley and queen Marlene are the absolute best at the service counter was having issues pulling up my rewards and my card on the mobile app they streamlined and walked us through it and even saw an extra discount that was credited to me that I didn't know about, help me save an extra 10% service with a smile the entire time, definitely recommend asking for them if you ever have an issue, thank you ladies

I like the fact that through all of the loopy learning mods, true old-school knowledge and hard work NEVER goes unnoticed. Bonus is that our store managers seem to love BBQ in' for the employees. I love home Depot and sometimes there are cute guys there with paint on their clothes. Maybe one day I will bump into one of them and lovingly wash his clothes in gain and we live happily ever after.

I needed help with loading items into my car and Jon and the other guys and ladies were right on time, very helpful and nice. Blessings to them.

I want to give credit to Sam, the Manager. The Irondequoit store was giving me a lot of trouble replacing an item I had. I called the Greece location and explained my situation and Sam, without hesitation, told me to come in and he would help me. The customer service staff was very professional and kind. The item I needed to replace was not in stock, so Sam took the time to find me a product that came close to what I needed. I am very grateful as he didn’t have to accommodate me, but chose to help a customer in need. You never know what someone is going through and what kind of day they are having, so it’s nice to go into an establishment with staff that has great customer service skills.

Great place to find dish soap paper toweling swifter solution and mop heads..umunsted the little things that you are always looking for. Will be shopping there for all my household cleaning products..they are actually cheaper than Walmart. ..Target and Wegmans.

i think this Home Depot store is more compact vs other ones in the area due to location but they still have everything and i actually like the arrangement inside i found that i find things faster at the same time discovered other new stuff that caught my interest as well, like their outdoor/garden department, of course they have a huge selections for lighting options, types and styles wish i could fit all that chandeliers in the house...home improvement is always good and i think HD is a highly reputating shopping choice...

Appreciated the assistance we got in selecting the treatments we needed for our yard. The employee helping us is very knowledgeable about the various types and applications. They also explained that for us in great detail

Best customer service ever I ordered a grill online they assembled it for free when I got there the grill was too big to fit in my wife's vehicle so the guy who assembled it offered me his van to take it home all he asked of me was to put some gas in it he gave me the keys I took it home I got some gas and brought it back this doesn't happen everyday I was shocked and great full

We had a horrible experience at 2 different Lowe’s. Came to Home Depot defeated. We were instantly greeted by Ailanda in appliances at the Greece store and she was AMAZING! Knowledgeable, kind, patient, and efficient. We cannot say enough good things about her and the service she gave. Thank you for helping us.

Home Depot always has exactly what I need for all of my projects. The best part is how knowledgeable and friendly the Staff is. You can tell they actually care which is very refreshing.

I had a defective part, with receipt. The Returns Dept said they'd do a swap. There was no available inventory of the part in this store. I didn't have time to go to another store, so they devised a solution that worked for me. I appreciated very much that they helped me complete a time-sensitive job. Customer Service Employee Emma was particularly helpful: when the department paged to assist us in the aisle took too long, she even came back to check on us. She was very attentive and made the experience hassle free, and most importantly successful and quick.
