This store is on the bigger side of the ones I have been to.

It's a convenient location for me because I'm frequently going to trader Joe's and a total wine.

I love shopping at Michaels but sometimes depending on which one you to you have great service or not. At this location, Lindsey helped me with everything I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Great service, will be making this Michaels my go to.

Michaels is a very nice store. Friendly associates and they care products you can search all around for they have it in one spot. Artificial flowers frames,glues sewing knitting and so much more. Search Michaels next time you're looking for a product or an idea. You will be happy you did.

They always have everything I need . If not in stock, they will order the items. The items that are ordered usually arrive within a few days to a week. I've never had any problems at this store ever

Went in to get original artwork pieces framed. Had two pieces sort of awkwardly shaped; no frames for their size. Asked the customer service rep what to do, and she was super knowledgeable and friendly. She suggested ideas, even walked me to where I needed to go. I chose to go with a matte and a pre-made frame. Service was supposed to be two days, it was done the next afternoon. And the result is stunning and I couldn't be happier! Thanks for such a well done job Michaels!!!

I went to frame my canvas and Alex the framing department manager made the experience so top notch. He had a great attitude, was willing to help us with all the things that we needed, and guided us on decision making to make sure our canvas looked great. 100% recommended.

My wife & I went in to get our wedding picture framed. Had my own frame, but I needed to have some borders cutting & adjustments. The framing representative, Will, was amazingly nice. He took his time & went out of his way to get our picture framed properly.
We really appreciate his help on this & recommend his services.

I truly love this Michaels! Everyone is so nice and thoughtful. The shelves are never empty, and I'm so grateful to have all Michael so close to my home! It's always clean and I highly recommend going to this Michael's if you're in the area.

I appreciate how this store tends to be slightly more organized and tidy than some other locations. I’ve never had a problem with anyone on Michael’s staff and across the board they seem friendly and approachable. Michael’s return shoppers will get what they expect here.

Very clean, nice staff who said hello when I passed. When I had a question about yarn stock, an employee was very quick to help and check to see if it was part of the shipment they just received and what other stores it was available at. Checking out was quick, well appointed for Covid precautions, and very polite. I was very impressed with all aspects of my visit.

Great experience!! The employees were warm & welcoming. I asked for the location of an item and said I was just a beginner at this type of hand lettering. This employee went above & beyond to show me different products to use & what would be better to start out with. She also showed me several books for ideas & was very knowledgeable in this area because she enjoys it too!! I didn't feel pressured or ignored, just the right amount of help!!

Great assortment of products, good support from staff, and the checkout girl help me get the Michael's app up so I could start receiving discounts including 20% that day!

Michaels is an amazing store! You go in with 1 or 2 items in mind to buy and leave with many projects! This store is exceptional and organized a well kept and clean. Very friendly staff and the coupons are awesome!

I dropped off another picture for frame and matting. The staff in that dept. are all great at helping with selecting different colors and styles. Always better than my ideas!
Their prices are great, more than fair considering the finished product is as I said better than my original design, a real bargin.
