Was able to pick up a self-inking stamp here that I designed the night before on the website. Had no clue about how to get a stamp made prior to that and couldn't believe how easy it was, and fast!!! We're impressed.

I purchased a printer at the store and everyone was very helpful through the whole process. They even carried the printer out to my car. It was a fun experience and the staff was very helpful.

Called in to ask about some printing and binding options, and Don was very helpful and kind. Really happy with the customer service I received over the phone!

I came in with a complex order that I needed completed in a short time-frame. I was met with courtesy and a willingness to help from the moment I walked up to the counter.

Although she was busy on another project, Deb made sure to greet me and learn more about what I needed. She helped me for hours — while still providing other customers with excellent service when needed — while I tried to sort out how to make my vision a reality. The only reason we weren’t able to complete things then, was because the store was closing.

I made my way there the next morning to finish things and was assisted by Chris. I truly cannot say enough good things about him! From attention to detail to helping me find the most cost-effective option, I had no doubt I was getting the best service possible. Like Deb, Chris continues helping others while I was there, and despite being insanely busy, made it look easy.

If you need to get a project done, Office Depot and Edina is the place to go. Yes, they are often busy, and yes, it may take time, but rest assured — especially if you get to work with Deb or Chris — you will be well taken care of.

GREAT customer focused location! Chris worked on a custom project for me under what I worried might be a tight TAT. Christopher and Gavin at the Edina store were most helpful with our printing order. Chris instructed us how to change our Apple documents via PDF to enable us to e-mail our order to the store and get his and Gavin's help there. They were knowledgeable, friendly & easy to work with.

The people at the store are great! But the website can be funky if you're uploading documents. Be sure to call and make sure they have your order and when it will be done! I use them for my copying jobs.

We had a big and complicated job with a tight turnaround for the Centennial Lakes Office Depot print shop. It was a big ask and I wouldn't have been surprised if they had told me it couldn't be done. But the manager, Tony, helped me find a way to make it work. Everyone was patient and kind, and Deb (the associate who actually did our print job) went above and beyond to get the job done -- not just in time for our deadline, but a full day earlier!
It felt like they were personally invested in helping me get our project done, and the results were beautiful and the hit of the event.
