I called to inquire about some products today, and Jackie helped me over the phone to make the best decisions based upon my concerns. Great customer service by her to say the least! Thank you for taking the time to help me today and thank you for your kind attitude and customer service! I greatly appreciate it!

Jackie was super helpful and kind. She showed me new brands to try and gave me a few foundation samples so I didn't feel pressured to buy something I was unsure of.

Very friendly and attentive staff who processed and exchange for me without any problem. Not as overwhelming as the stand alone Sephora stores.
