Every time I visit the CVS on 48th and Chandler, I always receive wonderful customer service from a young man named Rudy. He's always so kind and goes above and beyond to help me with the app. I always look forward to his great smile. Thank you, Rudy, for all you do!

I needed the drive through and I was so appreciative of Maria going the extra mile for me today! She was so polite the entire time. The topical medicine my husband needed for pain after surgery was $100 with insurance. She tried running a discount card the surgeon gave him, but with that it was even more!! She tried GoodRx and thankfully that was MUCH more afforable. I thanked her for her help and asked her to please apologize to whomever was behind me for my transaction taking so long. Great customer service. Wish we lived closer to this location.

AMAZING!!! Have been coming here for years and hgave had no problems with the staff. Finally utilized the pharmacy very recently and received EXCELLENT service. the pharmacist Alyssa was very helpful and professional. Very knowledgable about medications and answered all my questions and even helped me find out my insurance is accepted by CVS!! went very above and beyond.when i brought in another prescription which they could not fill, i was given a call and the lady explained why and was very patient. will definitely be using this pharmacy from now on. 8 stars.

Ive been going to this location for a few years now, never had problem with the staff, pharmacy or anything else for that matter. Everyone is nice, greeted everyone as they walked in and the pharmacy techs helped me with questions or finding medication on the shelves whenever i asked.

There was this one time a customer was mad because they didnt have what he needed at the pharmacy but he got his stuff at walgreens last time and at this location they didnt have it but he kept demanding to recieve it even they didnt have it. No amount of yelling was going to magically manifest your things. All the while the poor girl was doing her best by calling other cvs and walgreens and this guy was still all upset.

Some people just live to nitpick, complain, not be reasonable and logic flies out the window.

Walked in looking for a mask. Headed to the pharmacy, a little busy. A rude customer butted in front of me as I was trying to get the pharmacists attention. I knew the customer was a Karen so I left the pharmacist to her. I then proceeded to look where the pharmacist had suggested I looked and they didn't have adult sizes. I then proceeded to leave and decided to try to ask the busy attendant up front.
Quinn was very helpful and immediately grabbed me a fifty cent mask that was behind the counter. Thanks Quinn, saved me from a trip to we don't care mart!
