We love Mariano's and have shopped here for 30 years. Throughout several changes of ownership the store has only improved. Currently, the store and its dedicated and polite employees deliver good food choices, and plenty of good customer service. It's a pleasure to shop at this store. The employees are great!

We ordered a lot of sandwiches a few weeks ago for my son's baptism from their deli. I heard my wife call in the order over the phone. Admittedly, my wife was a little unclear on the order and changed a few things over the course of the conversation. So, when I went to pick up the order the morning of the event, I was expecting the order to be a little off. By our own fault, it was. They asked if everything was correct and I went on to explain that we were short about 30 sandwiches (again, this was our fault).

Without missing a beat, their deli team sprung into action and went above and beyond even though they were extremely busy. They took full responsibility and was out the door in 20 minutes with exactly what we needed. All done with a great attitude, awesome team work and smile.

The customer service I experienced that morning has won my business for all my future catering needs. Thank you guys again, you nailed it!

Still love this place. Chris in dairy is my guy. Shelf was out of specific dip I require...... Chris jumped up on the shelves to look behind other dips, checked the labels to be sure he was looking in the right area, but alas, no dip.

He then said no more deliveries were in today but offered to go look one more time to be sure, if I had time.

Remember I require this dip........

3 minutes later, voila.... 6 dip tubs.

Better customer service than can be trained, Chris defines excellent customer service.

In all fairness as soon as the high school lets out, every establishment in that immediate area is packed with kids. For the most part the kids in this area are well behaved but in every crowd there are the ones who aren't so good. Part of any employees job then becomes babysitting when playing around starts and merchandise is ruined or in some cases stolen. I think everyone just needs to try to be a little more patient. Take into consideration the Western Springs store has just had a face lift and yes for awhile things were very confusing as things weren''t yet organized. It appears everyone wants what they want and they want it NOW. Please remember many of the employees are new and learning the lay out of the store just as everyone else is. I have never experienced a rude employee ever when shopping at this Marianos but I certainly have seen rude customers being very impatient for some reason believing they are the favorite customer of the day. Be patient folks we are all there for the same reason. Give the store a chance. Oh and for the guy all bent out of shape over profiling causing him to hire a lawyer in turn requiring Marianos to hire a lawyer which will no doubt at the end of the day end up coming out of OUR pockets when the prices go up thanks to folks like you. Stop it.

Thank you Mariano’s for going that “extra mile” for us. We come into the Chicago suburbs every two years (we’re now in Prescott, AZ) to see friends and shop for the ethnic items we can’t get here. We needed a special item this trip (a smoked salmon) and via email George, the Western Springs manager, confirmed they could have the item for us. “Sam”, the seafood manager, made sure the item was well protected and packed for our journey back to Arizona. Well, when we got home we froze it for our New Year’s Open House – and served it last week. Wow, what a hit it was. Moist, smoked just right and absolutely delicious. A lot of effort was put forth to make sure that we were taken care of – and what a super job they did. You can’t beat the service and effort – Mariano’s is a top notch market. Thanks for helping us out!

An upscale store with teasonable prices, lots of parking and a slew of departments like an in-house bakery, a deli and a sushi counter. It's an ideal neighborhood market with a friendly staff and several express lanes at checkout. My only gripe is that my "member" card only got me a discount on two items out of twenty, last visit. They could do better.

We’ve been shopping here for a long time, but I wanted to give a shout out to Nang in the specialty meat and cheese dept. She is so sweet! Last weekend I was looking for something, she went out of her way to ask if she could help me find something. She informed me that they were out of what I was looking for, but more should be on tomorrow and then also offered up on trying another section to find some mozzarella chunk cheese. Rarely do you find someone willing to offer help, it’s usually you having to search for someone. She always has a smile and such a pleasant demeanor!

Clean, fresh, large selection of all groceries. Helpful and friendly service. Bakery department could use some improvement. Staff there is nice but products are generic tasting and would benefit from some freshness....As in real, whole ingredients rather than artificial flavors and ingredients.

I am fairly new to the Mariano's chain of grocery stores but every time I am in one I really like them. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, being a Chef this means a lot. I am not from the area but will be moving here in the next few years and when I do you can bet it will be close to a Mariano's store!!!

UNBELIEVABILE IN ALL ASPECTS! The food selection is fantastic! The food, especially the produce / deli is great for a non-specialty (like Whole Foods) store, but you don't pay the outrageous prices either. Perhaps it is touch more those like Jewel or Walmart, but worth every penny. Ever buy produce at Walmart? Better eat it in a day or less!

I can't say enough about the staff from top to bottom. Courteous, always greets me with a smile, and most of all, HELPFUL! I don't think I have stood in line with more than two other customers, before they open another checkout lane.

I could go on and on, but just keep up the good quality (both food and work!) I'm so happy and proud you operation is a part of Western Springs!

A good store. Good selection of products and a nice wine and liquor section. A nice deli area. Their baked goods are tasty. Don't forget the 🍿 popcorn.

I love Mariano's over any other grocery store but this one is extra special. This location has thee best donuts and the employees in Squeez'd always turn out the best smoothies at this location!

It was my first time coming here. I really love it. Great service and everyone is super nice. I really love the salad sections that they let you choose what you want. I will certainly come here again. I recommend for people to come to this place. LOVE IT

I love this store! Clean, neat, staff is attentive and polite. Everything is fresh and at it's best. I have to travel to get here but it is well worth it.

I am very impressed with the overall service and appearance of this store. Everyone seems to be working towards a common goal! Would highly recommend to everyone for friendly customer service and freshness of the products here.

I am 65 years old have entrusted my shopping to Jewel for years, Mariano' s, where have you been all my life. The BEST grocery store around...Please keep it up and going !!!!

Great store. They really are a part of the community. Can't wait to head back to the bar post-COVID. We had a blast there.
