Had the best service at a 7-11 ever there Friday night. Forget the kid's name, but was awesome.

First, I have to say how wonderful Alphonso is that works at store 13324, he is always so friendly and personable, he's just the best! My kids and I stop in almost daily for various things as we live a few blocks away and we were so disappointed that he isn't allowed to play his music in the store anymore. It was also so refreshing and fun to come in when he had it on so we wanted to put in a vote to bring the music back!:)

Great place to get a snack or a quick bite to eat.

I usually only go there at night! I work a Graveyard Shift 😳 but their overnight employees are super friendly they always ask me how I’m doing and they keep the store clean

Not a big fan of the employees. Most talk in a foreign language in front of you. One guy is very nice.

Visited today at around 1:15 p.m. I purchased a soda, and some chips. I wanted to purchase an instant lottery ticket, and I asked the already rude woman (who wasn't wearing her name tag) for a particular ticket. The heifer told me that I can "see the tickets" from my side of the counter, but I couldn't read them as they were all backwards. This went on for a few minutes and this ignorant woman could not/would not look herself and tell me if the ticket I was looking for was available.

This heifer is so rude, and she needs to be fired. Hopefully, that's the plan as there was a 'help wanted sign in the window. You don't need people like her working with the public. She's an absolutely horrible human being. Calling her a "heifer" is actually rude to heifers. But, what I should be calling her isn't nice to call anyone. But, it rhymes with ditch, switch, hitch, pitch, etc. Even that word is too nice. She's worse than that. Just an absolutely horrible human being. PLEASE FIRE THE HEIFER!

By the way, I called this place about four or five different times to speak with a manager. No one ever answered the phone. Even this one star is not deserved. I'd stay away from this 711.

7-Eleven stores 😱the cashier lady 👈and doesn't want take color money and we bleed the same color and that color its( RED) and learn how treat customers how you want too be treated right and treat everyone equal and will report her seven news report and I come in the stores ... I like the old boss used run the stores and he doesn't looking at color
This is third time the cashier lady keep on doing this ...I trying over looks this... That why I want the
world know about this problems ..

Some of the rudest ladies work up front. Every. Single. Morning. Its the most convenient spot on my way to work… but have to reconsider. Convenience is not worth it when when rude service ruins your day.

I bothered the clerk at his job. Hahaha! what a joke.
Never coming back.
