Great service. The cashier who worked 3/19/22 (7:30am) greeted me as I walked in, and handled two cashiers at once. You can tell he cares, and takes pride in his job. Pleasant attitude makes a pleasant atmosphere. He’s a keeper. The lady at night after 11:30 is awesome as well. Another day shift guy with glasses was pleasant and helpful too. There are/were some employees I was unimpressed with. I’m unsure if they are still there. I have been going to this store for 4 years. Great deals on wine.

I'm looking at all these reviews and let me just say, why are so many of you so rude and inconsiderate? First the pharmacy technicians are there to support the pharmacist in tasks that are time consuming but still important. They aren't going to know every single thing about your medication, heck they might not know anything about it because they didn't go to pharmacy school to learn about every single medication. These things are learned over time because there's so many medications generic and brand name that they couldn't possibly be expected to know in a mere few months of working there. Why do so many of you think they're against you? They don't take this job to make everyone else miserable, they want to try and do some good. While its frustrating to have to wait for your medication you have to realize that CVS isn't like McDonalds you can't expect to walk in and just get it to go. While at times the workers seem rude and stand offish they're also short staffed trying to multiple jobs at once while still training.

This c v s I visited was a very clean store and had lots of products. The young lady at the register was very pleasant and helpful. More people should visit this store.

This cvs is fantastic and so is the staff. The problem with the wait time is the influx of annoying loud mouthed snobby northerners flooding our state and complaining about our hospitality when they're coming here clogging our stores. Hope y'all northerners moving here and part time snow birds die of a heart attack before you get your meds. See you in hell.

First time I ever used this pharmacy location and I have to say by far the best experience. The pharmacist and staff went above and beyond helping everyone. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to this location even though it is further than my current location.

A popular and very busy at times location, service is as good as your patience is to wait, their under pressure at peak times and i know most places say about an hour.. I'll usually pick up much later in the evening.. Personally I've never had any issues with this pharmacy and have been using it for many years for myself and my son. I'm patient with them because I understand its not just the workers who have hoops to jump through, insurance problems, not getting a hold of doctors, unruly customers in a rush. take the time to CALL first so you don't waste a trip, ASK first if your medicine is in stock, TEXT alerts or check the website to see if your medicine is ready, Information is right there within seconds. Common sense helps, on busy days people are rushed & things get over looked. It happens & it's happened to me, but I understand the process, I've done it for years. Walk the extra mile & make it easy on everyone, with that simplicity, every one is fair, kind, understanding and professional. I've had to be drivers for a few pickups getting screamed through over misunderstandings and trust me that's not going to push me to get you in front of the line if it were me.. Everyone knows me by name, my sons name, im greeted with smiles but I'm a very patient person.

Store 1328 & their staff are great workers. They try there very best with what they are given! This store does have new pharmacy managers and a new lead tech that are working their hardest to improve this store more and more everyday!

Had a UPS pkg to send with my printed label but I had no clear tape to affix the label., when I asked a customer service rep (Sheryl) at the front of store if they take this package she asked me “ if that was the best I did for my label?” I told her I had no clear tape to affix the label and she said” the next customer service person might not help affix the label”. I thanked her and left store at 2513 US Hwy19, and I realized why I don’t do business with CVS!! Terrible customer service and she had no other customers in line!

I Love this location they were fast even though they were busy.

When the pharmacist offers to call the urgent care for your script because you've been waiting for a half an hour for it to be called in by the facility, well that is cause for this gal to take 5 minutes out of her busy day to say "THANK YOU" to Shady for going above and beyond for us. The service at at CVS #1328 is so remarkable, I just had to share. Now, the service at that urgent care facility across the street, well not so much:/

I would just to say that this pharmacy really helped my husband get his life saving medication quickly and really really appreciate it..

Charles Vander Snoot (CVS) founder of CVS stores was honest, charitable and quite the successful businessman. At a young age he found a love for the pharmaceutical industry and would hang out at the local drug store. His friends would hang by the jukebox drinking soda pops but not Charles, he was more interested in the business.

Excited by the future of drug stores Charles got his first job at the age of 8 at the local Rite Aid. He moved quickly up the chain of command to store manager at the young age of just 12 years old. It was then he met his lovely wife Jenna. Jenna Walgreens came from the Walgreens family of North Halifax Virginia. She was a lovely woman with gold locks of hair, fair skin and a wonderful bright personality. Charles Vander Snoot and Jenna Walgreens wed on November 5th 1955.

I'd like to just say that Chris was so helpful in getting me set up with the rewards. He's always smiling, very kind and patient, this guy definitely needs a raise! :)

Always treat me good, welcome services dogs. Kind to the homeless if not begging and under the influence. This location is hiring.

Great prices if you have no insurance. Ask about the CVS discount plan, it's prices are better than good rx discount prices.

Great place to pick up quick items. But, more expensive than other places. Prescriptions also can sometimes take longer to process.
