The Home Depot

The personnel at Home Depot are knowledgeable and ask if they can help with any project issue. I found their personnel will find you not like other box stores where you have to search out aid with employees that seem to be hiding.
They are aggressive for business, and I highly recommend them.

I would like to send a Thank you to Adriana. She is the best thing to ever happened to home Depot. She single handily sold all five battery powered Ryobi zero turns. The store employees couldn't find the batteries, and she went found all the batteries and talked two of us standing there into buying the last two.She actually works for Ryobi and was at the Home Depot. Ryobi should definitely keep her. Awesome sales person.

Well, I have not been too impressed with the level of service in my last few visits. It seems people just want to go to work and get a paycheck at least that is how it seems . I can never get anyone to look for something if it is not right there on the shelf. Disappointing.

Employees are very helpful and nice. I definitely trust this store and their products because they have a great return policy if you need it. Great customer service online and in person

I wish I got her name, but whoever was working in the paint section on 11/2 around 5pm needs her flowers. I came in with a chip of paint the size of my pinky nail (she informed me that they would usually need the size of a penny) to get a paint match. She said she didn't know if it would be good but she could try. Came back here to say that the match could not have been more perfect. Thank you thank you thank you

Great sales and customer service!!! Jay, Garden Center and Ashley at the westside location made my day! Great sales! The store only had a bulk package of the item I needed, yet I could purchase it individually elsewhere. To make the sale, Jay reduced the package. Thank you! It was my birthday that day, too! Nice. 😊

Espe & Frank in the Garden Center gave EXCELLENT customer service! So impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff! These two employees deserve a raise! They have gone above and beyond to help me with my backyard project.

Compared to the East side store this store is a definite 5 star, Espi was very helpful and was able to tell me exactly where I could find the items I was looking for. She saw that I needed help and did not wait for me to ask she was happy to offer it. She's young but I'm sure very soon she will be an asset to your store. Thank you so much west side Home Depot, keep up the good work.

I haven't been there in a while but tonight was really surprising. The cashier at the service desk her name was Breyon was very helpful and all smiles great experience. While shopping some other employees in the back helped us find some things we couldn't locate. And on the way out the cashier Kyla once again great experience. Both of those women should be given raises or least pats on the back. Five stars all the way and I would recommend it to everyone.

The staff were fairly nice. It seems other times I've gone, people have neen quite rude. Was able to get and find what I wanted. Had an issue with an item and was easily able to return it.

In July I used their rental truck to move my college student out of her dorm... for less than a month. They staff was really nice and informative. The truck was properly gased up and it drove rather nicely. Upon completion of relocating my daughter's property, I returned the truck with a seamless return. I looked forward to using their truck again the following month!

I'm always impressed when I go to Home Depot. They have the friendliest staff. I walked in to return something and even before I got to the front desk to return my items, 4 or 5 staff had just spoke to me and asked me how I was doing. A couple asked if I needed help. What a friendly place. I appreciate the Home Depot and their emphasis on customer service!;. Great job and thank you!

I like the layout and the loading design and roof cover for this location alot. Makes loading super nice. Also they have great selection as always and plenty to choose from. We restore antiques and other wooden decor and find what we're looking very quickly. This location deserves two thumbs up 👍 👍

I work here, I'm a part time cashier. I see it's flaws to the bone however the customer service here is done well. I've listened to my coworkers private conversations in the lounge express a surprising amount of motivation to make the store look and function nice, trying to put the customers first. I hear mostly good things about my home Depot but a few customers have expressed distaste, a few old guys said the exact words "I'm going to Lowe's, ain't no one helping me." However upon offering myself to call for assistance or even page the entire store they decline help (it's an enigma I've been trying to figure out, I don't know what they are doing) I almost am willing to believe they are paid actors testing us. definitely won't get better service any where else. Anyway I thought I'd write a review by now, also no I am not being paid to write this (I wish I was though)

I like the checkout experience better here than your competition down the street.
I get my Veterans discount without any hassle.
