Melinda atJamaica queen New York old navy was kind and atte tive she manage to compare the price for me on the item I need it Was so kind of her to do that for me I saved a couple buck ,I would like tr manage to recognize her wonderful services

It was GR8 , the cashier wouldn't give up ,i was having some problems at check out thanks alot

Old Navy is my favourite store to shop for clothes in the US . Although it has become a little more expensive the clothing is very good quality

Great location with new renovations to the store. Although I was unable to get what I came for I did make a decent purchase. Employees were very helpful, especially Jennifer and Aaliyah at the customer service check out area. Very friendly, professional, and had all customers checked out within a timely manner. I highly recommend this store for shopping. Thanks again

Absolutely love this store. I keep on going to back to this location even though I moved my house. The store is spacious and clean. Their lighting is amazing and fitting room employees are sweet. It’s better if you can visit the store in the morning, it will be less crowded. The line for payment is usually long no matter what time you visit. Upstairs in the kids section they have one employee who takes customers with credit or debit cards.

One of my fav clothing store.. have all colours in the short pants for women.. fast and reliable service..

I'm enrolled in their reward point program which was very helpful towards my purchase. The cashier was polite and friendly. Loved my shopping experience tonight.

The 2 most recent times that I have gone into this Old Navy have been awesome! In this busy season. The store is in order, the lines are short, and the Buy online pick up in store is my favorite. To the management and staff ya’ll are running a tight shift! Which is wonderful! Congratulations keep it up! Happy Holidays guys!

I went in to Old Navy today do some shopping I very seldom go in there because it's always so crazy I was looking for something in particular I asked the Store Manger Jenay a question and she was absolutely wonderful she helped me find just what I needed. Professionalism courteousness was awesome. it was because of her that I spent the money I did, normally I walk in look at all the confusion and walk right back out. thank you Old Navy for hiring her she's the best store manager you had a long time

Very well organized store. Lesser rush compared to the stores in Manhattan and a huge clearance section. The store is pretty big and always offers some kind of discounts.

I am a fan of their Graphic superhero tees. There is something for everyone here!

I went to Old Navy because I purchased a sweater and saw that just days later was on sale. I went to the manager who was very nice. She told me the price didn't drop as much as I thought. But I was saying how I wanted Christmas PJs for the kids. She lets me gets them and didn't have me wait on the long line that wrapped around how many time.

Wonderful designs, just a little crowded but over all wonderful!
