This is and okay little dollar store on jamaica Avenue. They have a no refund and no return policy. But if you talk to the manager and tell him what you are returning, it can be done, you have to advocate for your self.

Sold expired Valentines day children's candy from July 2018 and a chipped mug. Supervisor gave me a problem exchanging, was upset and angry at me as if I sold him expired candy that his child almost ate.
I usually do not have problems when I shop here. I look past the cashiers not being so welcoming. But once the supervisor is rude, raising his voice, and unprofessional, then I have a problem. He barely let me exchange the expired candy and would not let me exchange the mug that I purchased on valentine's day, 5 days prior. Horrible experience. I will not go back there because of this.

Charges you but "conveniently" forget to put smaller items in your bag. Has happened more than once. Never answers phone when u call.

Why do yall hours say at 8 am? And its almost 9 o'clock and its not open yet please change the hours on Google thank you
