I was glad to see an e lab shop on route 31 Macedon. I used to frequent shop on Lake ave, in Rochester when I lived in Greece,25+ years ago. Glad to see that the business is going strong. No other shop around can beat their selection, and most of all the prices are great. William was very helpful, and I definitely will tell my friends, its worth the trip to come here.

I come here for the large majority of my cigar purchases. The guys here know me well. They are as cool AF! They always have a smile to greet me with and have a lot of knowledge in the products they sell. You guys are the BEST!

I have been going to Elab since I was 18 on Lake Avenue. Then I went to the one on Monroe Avenue and always a great experience. Now that they have their location in Macedon it has become more convenient. The employees are always super nice and helpful.

Great prices. When every other shop is selling things like battery chargers for over 20 claiming that you need the most safest thinger-Magig so your face doesn’t explode, you can walk in here and for less than 15 get one that has all the safety features you need. The mods are a great price too. A very well built 200w with temp control for under 100, when most other shops are selling mods worth 50 for 100. Really nice staff as well.

It's a very nice, clean, and WELCOMING place to shop. We drive out of our way to shop here. We do this because of the knowledge that the employees carry with them, it is also nice to see the consistency of the staff. I'm not seeing a new face every time come in, which is great! It makes our shopping experience better!

This place is incredible. They not only had coils that I had searched everywhere for online and couldn't find, but they also repaired one of my coils that wasn't working and didn't charge me for it. They also charged a battery for me that I was going to purchase, so that it was charged when I arrived to pick it up.

They have great prices, great product, and has been one of the best things to move into Wayne County. And customer service? I love them! They're great people <3
