I’m mostly here for the houseplants! They have a nice selection of healthy looking plants. Staff here is very helpful at this location.

This was almost a zero! Ordered a grill online that got messed up. When I finally got ahold of someone that cares. Cheryl from procurement department figured out what happened and followed it through every step plus called and updated me every step of the way. Thank you!

Went to Lowe’s looking for some appliances for a new addition to my home. The guys working in the Lowe’s were very friendly and knowledgeable. They looked at products to let me know what was readily available, and what I would have to wait on . Really appreciated their honesty and their knowledge of their products.

It’s a Lowes. They do Lowes things well. Usually good stock. Sometimes you’ve got to check to make sure the items aren’t damaged, but… it’s a Lowes. I have had helpful service, and the employees definitely will tell you if there’s an easier/ less expensive way to do something.

Today I visited the macedon Lowe’s location and had a great experience. Dan was very helpful and attentive. He was quick to offer help and dropped everything he was doing. I did not expect him to do that but was very grateful.

Staff is busy but have always been helpful in every visit I've made here.

Walked in, got help right away, got what I needed, checked out , all in under 10 minutes

Lowe's has stepped up its customer service. The staff is so helpful.

Very helpful staff, purchased what I needed. The only thing that is pathetic is this self checkout garbage. Put humans back at the register and become a real service industry leader!

Lowe's usually has what I need and is generally cheaper than Home Depot whenever I have compared the two. The first vegetable plants and fruit trees are in!

CHERYL & Lowe's 2667 WAY TO GO! Sorry I didn't get the name of the other employee that helped me with order #746737515. My experience was so extraordinarily pleasant I truly feel Cheryl enjoys making the customer feel welcome and appreciated. Like when customer service was something that individual employees cared about not just a requirement store and regional management had to quantify and set goals for employees so the store and the manager could achieve a goal.

Thanks to the In Store pickup team that showed up for work one of the first beautiful days of the year.

I am a Home Depot person. Visiting family I needed to go to Lowe's though. I was very impressed with this Lowe's. The customer service was right on. Matt B in loading gets a big shout out for his help. He helped us get 25 huge bags of mulch into our truck and was so kind. Great place.

Great service today at lowes macedon. David was of great help and assistance. Also Jim the cashier. Both professional and pleasant. Thank you.

I was waited on in the garden center by yunis and Andrew Kudos to that team. The best service I ever got there. PS. I’m still on hold with customer service. I called to tell them how great these guys were. So still on hold. Thank you garden center guys!!! Oppps. Customer service

The employees at the Pro Desk are the best managers ever. Jason, Becky, Dan, Rich, George and everyone else that works there is the same way. They always go out of there way to genuinely greet people and take care of them. Nothing seems to put them out. They treat me like I’m the most important customer every time, whether I’m buying a single bolt, or ordering tens of thousands of dollars of product for a building job. I drive past many other home improvement stores and contractor supply houses to go to this particular Lowe’s. Not every Lowe’s is this good, the people at this store make all the difference. Thank you to the employees at Lowe’s Macedon.

Ralf, Greg and Kay are awesome people that created great customer experiences here. I recommend working with them! The overall store seems understaffed at times, but other than that I enjoy visiting here for home improvement projects.

Bought a bunch of items and a ceiling fan to install in my home. They had everything I needed to get the job completed.

I really like going to Lowe's. When they have a sale they have the inventory to back it up. No bait and switch. Some really good deals. I just picked up battery powered weed wacker and a leaf blower for under $100 with two batteries and a battery charger. While in the store I discovered a $299 stainless steel propane grill now priced at $199 that comes with$100 gift card to Naked wines. Woo woo I'm going back to get that.!!!

Aaron in the plumbing department was a HUGE help yesterday; knew exactly where the materials were that we were after, offered a solution that was not offered by two other employees, and was a delight on top of it.

In truth, I've never failed to get very kind service from anyone at this location. If anything. . . they're a little too eager to help.

But, that's never a bad thing, is it?
