Great service, would definitely use again. We bought a house with an existing hot tub that wasn't working properly and we thought would be too expensive to fix. Ed was great, he came out to troubleshoot the spa. He fixed the heater, repaired some jets, and check the functions of the spa. All for a reasonable price too! Ed was very informative and professional. Thank you!

I tend to heavily research almost every major purchase that I make - needless to say with the reputation I felt hot tubs had, I poured even more research into buying one. I visited every single dealer in the Rochester area (multiple times), and called many more around the area. I have to say, I was very pessimistic when I set out to visit Blue Wave - never heard of the store, and never heard of Coast/NorthWind brand. I have to admit, I've never been more happy to be wrong.

Ed and John impressed me from the moment I first stopped in. Every other place I went into, I was able to parrot some intricate question about some specific construction detail that a guy on a forum told me was very important to the buying process. 90% of the time the salesman would say they would have to look in the manual, but both Ed and John knew not only every detail of the Coast/NorthWind family, but many of the other brands too!

Needless to say (after a few more weeks of researching / narrowing down the model) I got a tub with Blue Wave. I even compared their exact offerings to other Coast dealers across the States and they still killed the competition. John had an electrician that he normally worked with that did my upgrades at great price (compared to two other quotes I received) and delivered/installed the tub; Ed came out later that day in the freezing cold on his own time to teach me all about the tub and help me program it! I am so happy I found Blue Wave - I know that I have a very high quality tub at an amazing price, and an amazing team of Ed and John to take care of me for years to come!

Purchased a hot tub from Blue Wave four years ago - was happy when I purchased it, but the service since then might be the absolutely best customer service I have ever had, from any company!

Not only did Ed & John go above and beyond during purchase process, but twice since then I've had some sort of issues pop up (both super minor, but initially alarming to my untrained eye) - both times Ed responded to me immediately, was out to me in a day or two, and barely charged me anything for the repair!

I already referred anyone looking to buy a hot tub to visit Blue Wave - but I honestly cannot recommended Ed & John enough - quite literally the best service!

John, Ed, and Todd are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They always listen to what their customers are saying and work to find the best solution for you. We have used them to open, close, and service our swimming pool for 14 years and we purchased our spa from them 3 years ago. You could not ask for a better people to help with your pool and spa needs. Highly recommend them!!

Friendly informative sales and competitive prices on a quality Hot tub. Bought from John the owner and he was very helpful in fulfilling our needs and answering questions fro a first time buyer. Installation was done very professionally and neatly. Finally they followed up with a personal visit from Ed the service guy to show me the ropes of operation and maintenance. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would totally recommend them.

AWESOME!! Ed is a fantastic person...friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable!! Was actually earlier than anticipated for the appointment and went right to work and found the problem very quickly. He inspected the hot tub to see if everything was working correctly and repaired the one problem quickly. Performed necessary tests and even gave us a quick tutorial on chemical usage.
We can't say enough nice things about Ed and the company. We are very very pleased and have no problem referring him to anyone for service or sales.

I highly recommend Ed Chapman from Blue Wave Pools and Spas. He arrived as promised and quickly got to work diagnosing our hot tub problem. He explained everything that he was doing to determine the cause of the problem. Once he had determined the cause he was able to immediately fix the problem with new parts he brought with him. If I ever have a problem again I would definitely call Ed.

Probably the most helpful, fantastic, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, tremendous people I have ever met. Todd keeps Ed and John hopping in the field and mans the phones and store without a hiccup. THEY ALWAYS ANSWER THE PHONE AND WELCOMED ME AS A NEW POOL OWNER WITHOUT HESITATION AND WITH KNOWLEDGE ABOUND!! Could anyone be better? I don’t think it’s possible! And I’m a true critic!

Blue Wave is spectacular. They came out to fix my old spa and said it wasn’t worth fixing (and then didn’t charge me). They offered to sell me a new spa when I was ready.

After shopping around a bit, I went to their store to see the Coast Spas and learned how old my old hot tub really was. Again, no pressure - just simple facts about the different styles/options and a VERY fair price. We bought a bigger one than they suggested for our kids and their friends to enjoy and haven’t looked back.

They have answered every question every time. I was seeing some foam and called them this afternoon. Again, direct answers and a simple solution to my problem. They are great!

My only regret is forgetting to make this post last fall when we bought the spa.

In store they are always friendly and helpful. The owner always remembers my mom (buyer) and I (current owner) and what materials we use. Last Friday (2 days ago) I noticed the cord had fallen out of the outlet (sometime between Sunday and Friday) and the hot tub wouldn’t turn back on. I called the store and was referred to the repairman who gave me a short-term solution to prevent any further damage. He then rearranged his schedule to come out on Sunday (today) and actually fix it. He fixed it in no time (as well as fixed an ongoing issue we were having with the filter) and the total cost was very little compared to what I imagined an emergency visit on a Sunday would be!!

Best and most reliable service around the Rochester area. Their conscientious efforts about all work (pool and hot tub for us) they do is refreshing to witness. Cannot say enough of how impressed we are with their work ethic, fair pricing and concern for their customer.
