Dunkin'

Never messed up an order, has always been fast and friendly no matter the time of day! Usually at other Dunkin’s it’s always different from food quality to the wait of food even when ordering ahead. Will always go to this one from now on!

To the lady thay helped me today at aproximately 530 I mobile ordered a lemonade refresher that you were out of so you offered the iced tea that I was hesitant on.. Pleasently surprised thank you 💜

Besides the fact that the drive-thru line is always very long (they may be a little slow) But this morning I asked for a plain bagel breakfast sandwich and they stated they were out of plain bagels (weird for 10am) but I switch to a sesame. When I got the window, the woman stated that they just finished baking new plain bagels if I would like to switch back. I thought that was a nice touch

I like Dunkin and this one is closest to where I live. For some reason they will not double toast your bagle when you ask. If it was not for that they would be a five star rating.

Things have improved here. I gave them another try a few weeks ago and my bagle was the way I like it. Been here many times since and the level of service has improved a lot. Makes me happy as this Dunkin' is easy to park a truck at.

I don't have any issues at this Dunkin. Service is quick and staff is friendly. I haven't had the issue of an order being made wrong and I have ordered here quite frequently.

Great coffee with two donuts.

The drive-thru line is looking longer and longer these days with the social distancing however you really wouldn't know it because the drive-thru window is just cranking out the customers. Thank you so much for keeping me running on Dunkin even during the pandemic.

Nice people, online orders always ready when we arrive, generally, a good atmosphere with people sitting and having coffee, chats, etc...

Bridgette is amazing! I wasn’t sure what they drink that I liked. She helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for. She was so knowledgeable and was very patient considering I didn’t know what I was looking for.

So here is the truth...i can't tell which staff is the best at this location in Macedon New York. Every time I go in there, no matter what day, i leave with a smile. Talk about a morning wake up...yes these ladies are the fresh cup of coffee we all need. Ohh yea, the food is good too. Thank you for starting our day off right Macedon Dunkin!

Barb does a great job training her crew! VERY RARLY is my order incorrect, and is fixed immediately if it is! If you want a perfect drink, made your way...THIS IS THE PLACE.

Mostly use the drive-thru. Food, other than donuts is okay. It's breakfast food, grilled cheese and other different sandwiches.

Quick service. Coffee is great. Food is hit or miss. Got munchkins and they were all extremely stale, fed them to the animals.

If you're local to this DD, it is the freshest tasting location. Well worth the stop, a credit to the franchise. The one in Palmyra has stale doughnut's no matter how early you get there.

Same as most Dunkins. Pretty good but very expensive.

Great place to come to on a week night to get online for classes. Quiet, which is great. However, the service is sometimes slow but other than that it's pretty great!!!

Light on donuts but probably to be expected considering the time of day. Service was good and friendly.

I love Dunkin because it's fresh, clean and they always have a good crew on board.

Great fast food some of the donuts are kind of sweet but if you like Dunkin Donuts coffee it's the place to go
