WiFi is work related and router stopped working so this was a very big deal. Jeremiah and Nick were AWESOME! They took the time to fix it. Highly
recommend this store.

I had a gentleman named Orion assisting me in transferring providers and getting a phone upgrade. He had me sold on TMobile as being my new provider after the first few sentences of our interaction. 5 stars on the customer service alone 👍

Mal was an awesome customer service rep! We walked into the store about an hour before close & she was by herself answering calls in a professional manner. We were looking into the home internet box and she gave us an explanation on why it was great & how we could even take it on the road with us! She was very bubbly and had a great attitude. She got us set up in the store & even set up our auto pay so that we save money on our internet! If you are looking for 5G internet for an affordable price point go visit Mal at the T-Mobile store on East DuPont Road.

Dupont Road location was an A+ experience. We arrived looking to switch from Verizon, and Thomas and Chris made it super easy to change carriers, upgrade our phones, and add a line. They were both extremely helpful and competent from the second we walked in.

So my mother and I went into the T-Mobile store on dupont on Wednesday and all I can say is wow. We decided to change from Verizon because they were charging us like 300 bucks for 3 lines and often a 100 dollar fine if we were ever late. Needless to say we decided to switch after they tried charging us a 100 bucks for being short 96 cents last month. So this led us to the T-Mobile store on dupont. There we were greeted by a pretty cool person named Orion who was super helpful and all around a pretty fun person to talk to. I decided to get a s23 ultra and my mother got a new iPhone. For my moms iPhone we were delighted to have another fun person who went by mal, she helped out with my moms iPhone cause she’s best at iPhones. While we were having our stuff transferred over from our old phones to our new phones mal and Orion chatted with us both and I can say from listening to them that each on there own are good employees but if you put them both together that’s where my mother and I truly felt like we were in good hands, they both work well with each other and make the customer feel relaxed and special. My only complaint was that we didn’t switch over sooner to T-Mobile from Verizon. Thanks mal and Orion for the help.

I was sitting in that goofy little store for four hours waiting for my ICloud to transfer over, and I was treated like I was some of the co workers best friends. It was an enjoyable experience, Chris Kieanna and Auguste are great!

I had trouble with T-Mobile's call-in service in trying to port some elderly family members non-working i-phones to new i-phones with a different carrier - - 2 hours on the phone yielding no results and mega frustration. As a last resort, went into the East Dupont T-Mobile store and spoke with Nick P. and his crew - - Nick was AMAZING! Within in a couple of minutes he completely understood our family's dilemma and he made one phone call and took care of the problem. I haven't experienced that level of customer service in a long, long time. If someone is considering using T-Mobile as a carrier, this is DEFINITELY the place to go. Thank you to Nick P. and his crew!

Had the best experience. James was so professional and kind. He went above and beyond to provide great customer service. He opened the store 5 min early because he saw me waiting outside. He then proceeded to help me for the next 30 min while my two toddlers were having a difficult time. He was just so above and beyond kind to me and my children. Integrity and work ethic like his are very hard to find and T-mobile is lucky to have him representing them. Thank you again James!

Came to T-Mobile after frustration with previous carrier. Was very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, (especially manager Mel.) He stayed late Saturday evening to help me pick the best plan, and even came in Sunday unscheduled to finish the job. Would recommend T-Mobile, and this particular location to anyone.
