Meijer

One of the nicest Meijer locations I have been to! This store was very clean when I went. It seems they have more options of things to buy compared to my local Meijer. I was amazed by how clean the fish tanks were most of all! The fish were very likely and active, absolutely no dirtness on ANY of the tanks. This is how I wish all Meijer's would be. I wish this location was closer to me because I had a great experience here! 11/10.

A special thank you to Carrie in the bakery department. She made an awesome cow head cake for my wife. This was the best cake ever. This is really a great store with helpful and friendly employees. Two thumbs up!

Such a nice bright, clean store. The produce department was incredible. The bakery and meat department were also well stocked and organized. Definitely will shop again at this store.

Super Meijer has everything. Clean, brightly lit, huge selection of everything. They have good carts and seldom get a bad wheel on a cart. Some people don't understand how important that is to a pleasant shopping experience. Looking at you Kroger.

Love how they ALWAYS have the FRESHEST fruits & vegetables. The store layout is perfect! Never a long wait to be helped in the pharmacy not to be checked out

This is the 2nd round of ribeyes & sirloins we've gotten. Picked up a 'Cowboy' ribeye, it cooked beautifully and tasted even better.
Excellent price, great quality, and taste. It does not disappoint.
We'll be back again!

Love this place. We’ve had fantastic shopping experiences here since they opened up the place. They carry some of our favorite wines and we can take care of most of our pet’s needs with their great selection. definitely 5/5 experience. 🫶🏼

Such a wonderful greeter (Joe). He's always so friendly as are all of the employees. I love to shop in such a happy and clean environment.

Beautiful new store with lots of parking and just about anything you could want stocked within. Very friendly employees.

This store is great. The parking lot is large and spacious. The front entry on the grocery side has milk and fast to grab meals. The produce looked fresh. The bakery was well stocked and staffed. The signage is spot on throughout the store. We had a list and was able to quickly check everything off. They have very well arranged self checkouts. Easy shopping experience.

Not good this time. Went to self check out there are 12 station. These stations are not working 1-2-3-4-5- 7-10.i have 10 people ahead if me and 14 people behind me. Took forever WE should be comped or given employe discount for doing the work ..

Convenient layout. Couldn't find a hardware section though. I should've took my handy map with me. Friendly associates. Convenient location. I finally found hardware. DIY section in center of store.

Beautiful new building with the merchandise stocked full, and very clean / bright environment.

Struggled with inventory in the beginning but they're getting much better. Prices seem higher than other locations but maybe I'm getting old and it's just inflation 😅. Beautiful store though, and friendly employees!

Kim in check out during evening shift is top notch. She is friendly, customer oreinted and does everything to ensure customer needs are attended to. She outshines what you'd expect in retail. I'd say Meijer has made a good investment by hiring her. My hope is Meijer invests in her professional development and advancement as her customer service standard will only enhance customer experience for the Meijer brand.

I love shopping here because it’s so convenient for me! But I have to admit, seeing Ricks smiling face every time I enter the store always makes my day! He’s so friendly, helpful, and always has the best attitude! I just felt he needed to be recognized 😊

I was there the day after opening. They were stocked and staffed. The liquor section is amazing.

April 2023: Meijer on E. Dupont Road was such a blessing for me today! I'm handicapped, and I popped into the gas pump for E-85 ($3.15) and the checkout clerk helped me with payment. Then I drove over to the main building to shop for groceries. There were motorized carts charging and waiting... LOVE THAT! I drove all over the store and found everything on my list. And thank goodness for the added help from Wendy C. at the self-checkout - she helped me bag my groceries, pay, and then walked me to my car and loaded my groceries into my trunk. Finally, she kindly drove the motorized cart back for me so I could take my tired self home.

Best shopping experience I've ever had at any grocery store in Allen County! Wendy C. earned her crown in Heaven today. And as I drove home, I called the store's management team to thank them for everything. Love the TLC from the whole team!

**October 2023 Update: Meijer on E. Dupont Road is still on top of it...

I made an order on the Meijer App to pickup my grocery order at the store. Unfortunately, my electronic transaction was not fully functional for the Meijer employees to update the status denoting completion. The order was "stuck".

Jesse from Meijer's Pickup called me to let me know the order was fully shopped and ready, but I'd need to bring my payment (debit/credit card) and complete it in person at the store. Upon arrival, Jesse took my payment and had Chloë load my bags. As a handicapped gal, this was so welcome - getting in and out of the store via a big parking lot can zap the remainder of my stamina at the end of the day. I didn't have much strength today, and both Jesse and Chloë helped me save my energy so I could unload the car when I got home.

This Meijer staff are simply wonderful - God bless them for being such a great team and so customer focused!

I normally go to Kroger but the Meijer stores I've been going to are very clean and have a good selection of everything that I need. Especially in our meat department.
